Continuity: From a back shot, when Peter Parker is watching the screen with the promo about his life, the kids are standing still next to him. From the immediate front shot, the kids are arriving and taking positions.

Continuity: When Peter is reanimating Osborn, Harry's head keeps swapping form looking upwards, sideways, slightly tilted. between shots. Peter's movements are not that brusque to produce the changes.

Continuity: When Harry's laying on the alley, his legs swap from bent to straight between shots.

Continuity: The first time that the crane destroys the office it sweeps desks and furniture, which fall on the people below. However, the second time that the crane strikes, a wide view shows that all of the furniture from the edge remains perfectly placed on the office.

Continuity: When Edward enters JK's office the secretary stands up and picks up the phone. In the next angle the phone is gone.

Continuity: When the black cop hands Flint's file to the Captain, the wide shot shows no one walking nearby. In the immediate close-up, a woman passes by really close to them.

Continuity: In the scene where there is a crane accident and they can't shut down the power, the police chief arrives on the scene, watch closely behind him, the police car that pulls up has its back window down, we can see this because a cop has his hand on the doorframe, yet in the following shot the window is up.

Continuity: When we see Peter riding on his scooter after just visiting Aunt May and telling her he's going to ask MJ to marry him, we can see that Peter is wearing his safety helmet with the strap fastened under his chin, yet when the hobgoblin knocks him off of his scooter and into the air the helmet can be seen flying away like it wasn't even fastened up and secure.

Continuity: During the whole Harry-in-the hopsital scene the tube on his chest keeps changing positions all the time.

Continuity: When Venom hits Spidey away from the cab, Spidey holds onto the edge of the trunk. In the close-up his hand is almost on the center part.

Continuity: In the scene where Marco falls into the sand molecular chamber, if you watch closely when Marco looks up in one shot you can see he is wearing a chain around his neck, yet in the following shot when the lights come on the chain has gone, and then the shot changes to the scientists, then back to Marco where the chain has reappeared on his neck.

Continuity: Inside JK's office, from the back shot the glass of water disappears and the empty mug gets filled with pencils.

Continuity: Before MJ throws the concrete at Venom, the black web holding the passenger's right side of the cab differs thru shots, even disappearing and then reappearing in one of the shots.

Continuity: During Venom's 3 second long flight to stab Spidey, moments before he stabs Harry, shots alternate between Spidey and Venom. The stuff behind Spidey keeps changing positions all the time.

Continuity: When the crane strikes for the second time, the wide angle shows the photographer on the floor. Half a second later he is standing tall.

Continuity: During Venom and Spidey's final battle, the amount of tubes on the floor diminishes drastically between shots.

Continuity: When the Sandman emerges from the truck and rampages the street, it leaves no sand on the pavement, but he does leave a lot during the Bank truck scene.

Continuity: When the bank truck crashes, a yellow cab appears and disappears through shots.

Continuity: In the scene where we first see Jameson sitting at his desk watching the other guy explaining something on the whiteboard, Jameson's cigar keeps constantly changing between shots from being in his mouth, to being in his fingers and being in the ashtray, all this happens when Jameson's secretary first interrupts him and tells him to watch the anger.

Continuity: Near the beginning of the film just after Peter has knocked Harry off of his jetboard, Harry falls onto the alley floor where you can see large amounts of puddles where Harry lands, yet in the following shots where Peter is trying to revive Harry, some of the puddles have vanished.
