Other mistake: In the fight scene between Daredevil and Elektra, some of the sheets hanging to dry still have crease lines from taking them out of the package, meaning they have never been on a bed or ever laundered before, just bought for the movie and immediately hung up.
Other mistake: When Connie Nielsen is driving the Hummer (with John as the passenger), the steering wheel doesn't move, but her hands do.
Other mistake: When Mike goes to Marcus's house to apologize, as Marcus lets Mike in and they walk through the house you can see the corner of a very nice built-in pool through the glass doors, even though a large part of the beginning and the end of the movie take place in Marcus's '$3900' portable pool and its subsequent replacement. Other mistake: When the Angels are in the bar in Mongolia, and Alex is trying to get out of the trapdoor with Ray Carter, a guy falls over the trapdoor entrance. When Dylan tries to move him, and sits down on top of him, the trapdoor falls in. Wouldn't that crush Alex and Ray Carter? (00:04:55)
Other mistake: Towards the end of the movie, Clayton has two wounds visible on his face. These wounds keep changing length and shape throughout the scene.
Other mistake: During the beginning of the freeway chase scene, a "Maximum Speed 65" sign can be seen along the freeway wall in the slow lane that is facing the opposite direction of traffic. Freeway traffic in that lane would only be able to see it in their rear-view mirrors. (01:25:20)
Other mistake: During the jury selection montage the judge says 'Enter Lydia Deets as a juror.' Moments later, her profile is shown on screen and the lawyers accept her and the judge says 'Enter Miss Deets as a juror.' she has been entered into the list twice.
Other mistake: In the scene where Willard is in his bedroom closet, he is trying to block the hole that Ben has created. On a closet shelf there is a Christmas Decorations box. The exact same box can be seen on a shelf behind his boss in the office supply room. (01:01:55 - 01:09:30)
Other mistake: In the scene where the mutants are confronted by the police on Bobby's front porch, there is a male officer to their right and a female officer to their left. If you watch, you will notice they are aiming their guns directly at each other.
Other mistake: When Leatherface chops off Andy's leg with a chainsaw, Leatherface's shadow is seen through the bedsheets, and he is next to Andy. However, Andy runs by very quickly, and there is no way Leatherface would have had enough time to reach froward and chop off his leg.
Other mistake: The Japanese phrase the chef says to The Bride when handing her the food is used after a meal, not before the meal.
Other mistake: When Jackie meets the boss of the Interpol department in Ireland, he shows everyone some sketches, the child and then a man with a hat. If you watch the picture, it changes from a man with a hat to another man without a hat back to the man with the hat and once again back to the man without the hat. (00:22:10)
Other mistake: In the scene where Dennis Quaid has just rescued Sharon Stone from the devil's throat, they are running through the woods to get back to the house. Quaid says to Stone that they will take the Jeep. He is referring to the Jeep Grand Cherokee that he drives throughout the film. It's a newer model, possibly a Limited, with flashy star-shaped chrome rims. When they get to the house, they see that the Jeep is up in flames. The camera hangs on the vehicle for a solid 3-5 seconds. From this camera shot, it is extremely obvious that the flaming Jeep has rims that, although still star-shaped, are styled quite differently and are most likely the alloy wheel that was very popular on the older Laredo edition from the early to mid-90's.
Other mistake: When Gavilan is leaving the building after his first interview with Sartain, he passes a memorial wreath with pictures of H20Klick's members. The banner reads "In Memorium" which is a misspelling. It should read "In Memoriam".
Other mistake: When Sarah is at the computer she creates a new directory and names it "JULIE". However when she opens the "JULIE" directory on the side it says "Julie" (not "JULIE") while the address path remains as it should be "C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\JULIE". (00:43:20)
Other mistake: When Tommy and Archie are in the tank keeping the arms dealers distracted, Tommy turns his head to see what the noise he heard is(Vanessa breaking out of the van), allowing the laser technician to get behind a dual .50cal machine gun. However, it takes about 25 seconds for the laser technician to get to the gun and for Tommy to look at him. Tommy should have only glanced at the noise, but instead he looks and stares at it for a long time - 25 seconds. He would have easily seen and heard the technician going for the .50cal and had 25 seconds to pull the trigger and kill him. (01:22:00)
Other mistake: As Roy meets his daughter, he gets out of his car and we see the car door left open as he runs towards her. Near the end of their conversation, the camera focuses on Roy, and through the space between his body and right arm, you can see the side view mirror indicating the door is now shut without anyone touching it. Other mistake: When the doctor friend of Denzel Washington tries to cover him by saying the cell-phone number is his, doesn't anyone just call him or check his phone to verify the number? No one would have any reason to suspect he's lying but this was supposed to be a major murder case and it would take only a moment to check it out.
Other mistake: When Kate is viewing the T-X on the security cameras, the two views of the corridor do not match each other. For example, the first camera shows glass walls, whereas the second shows wall panels. (00:23:30)
