Continuity: In the beginning of the movie when the Angels are rescuing the US Marshall, Lucy Liu is wearing stiletto heeled boots. When they jump out of the window, the heels are square.

Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle (2003) - 66 mistakes
Directed by McG, starring Bernie Mac, Cameron Diaz, Crispin Glover, Demi Moore, Drew Barrymore, John Cleese, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Luke Wilson, Matt LeBlanc, Robert Patrick (add more)
Continuity: When Madison is speeding away in her Shelby Cobra with the Angels hanging on, she crashes into a theatre. While in the theatre, there are shots of the car in the background. It is a completely different car than the Shelby that Madison was driving a few minutes before. The racing stripes are thicker, the wheels are different and the car is actually a lot bigger.
Continuity: When Demi Moore shoots the Angels off the side of the observatory, the bullet intended for Drew Barrymore hits her in the lower abdomen. Later in the movie when the Angels wake up on the lawn below the observatory, the only bullet hole in Drew's shirt is on her upper left chest.
Continuity: When the Angels are walking through the sprinklers, they get soaked. But after their car blows up and they are lying on the ground Drew Barrymore's hair is dry along with Lucy Liu's.
Continuity: At the beginning of the movie, when the three Angels and the US Marshall escape from the house in Mongolia, they break a window and there are many glass chips, but when they hit the ground, the glass has disappeared.
Continuity: When the Angels are walking through the sprinklers after getting shot, you can see the bullet holes in each one of the Angels' shirts. When they get to the car, and it blows up, Cameron Diaz's bullet hole disappears.
Continuity: In the dirt bike racing scene, there's a long "slow-motion" shot that includes a large section of a very patchy-cloudy sky. In all other shots of the race, the sky is clear blue.
Deliberate "mistake": Bosley is a school crossing guard trying to help the Angels. The children behind them say they are gonna be late for school. Of course they're going to be late because there is not a school within 10 miles of where they are standing. There's trees and what looks like a huge mountainside on the other side of the street. You can see this more visibly as the car that is about to run over Bosley is approaching. Done for a gag, but still ridiculous.
Factual error: When Dylan tries to kick Madison and she catches her foot Madison twists Dylan's foot straight down and you hear bones popping, but after getting flipped and kicked she gets up without so much as a limp. Her ankle should have been broken/dislocated at this point.
Continuity: When the Angels get shot off the observatory, Natalie is between Alex and Dylan. When the next shot shows them on the ground, Natalie is on the far right, past Dylan.
Factual error: Helicopter rotor blades do not unfold by themselves and there is no way to unfold them from inside the helicopter. A trained mechanic with the right tools and equipment (including the proper ladder for the job) will take a minimum of twenty minutes to rig a four bladed rotor, and that's if (s)he's in a hurry. An airborne (i.e. falling) helicopter? Forget it.
Continuity: When the Angels encounter Madison at the observatory they are supposedly wearing bullet-proof vests. You can tell through Nat's shirt she isn't wearing one. After they are shot, you can see the shirt is bulky from the vest.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Angels are racing in the "Coal Bowl" we can see a camera on top of the bridge structure. Watch for a wide angle shot and you can see the camera moving at the same speed as the dirt bikes, at the very top of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: When the O'Grady mob are fighting the Angels, Alex turns off the lights. Just after they flip over the men, you can easily see the harnesses at the top of the screen.
Audio problem: In the scene at the orphanage, when the boy runs down to the other boys reading the pornographic magazine, none of their mouths move when you hear "Look at those knockers".
Continuity: When Alex is rescuing Ray Carter, the blood on his shirt is on the right hand side. When Ray says, "Ah, my ribs", the blood is on the left hand side. Afterwards, the blood's on the right hand side.
Continuity: When Natalie is talking to the surfer by his car, Alex and Dylan are under the car looking through his belongings. After he gets into the car to drive off, it cuts to Natalie and she says something, cuts back to the surfer pulling away in his car and then cuts to a shot of Dylan but you can see the surfer's leg/towel in the shot. Shouldn't he already be in the car?
Factual error: In the scene where the helicopter falls off the bridge there isn't enough time to start the helicopter, let the systems get enough pressure and get the blades rotating fast enough to provide enough lift to fly plus at the angle the helicopter was falling it couldn't even auto rotate.
Factual error: Close to the end, Madison is looking over the H.A.L.O. list on her laptop, when Dylan's profile pops up, on it her last name, Saunders, is misspelled as Sanders.
Continuity: When the Angels are dancing at Natalie's place, Alex is wearing very high wedge heels. When they tip over the couch, Alex is suddenly barefoot.
