Corrected entry: When Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen travel back to the present, why are they in a hurry? They didn't know the Copbot travelled back to the present. And how did the Copbot know where to even find them?
Continuity mistake: When everyone is inside the Museum, Carl offers a Cherry Flavored Fruit Chewy to Cindy. She jumps at it and takes a bite, then clears a stain on her lips with a handkerchief, which she then drops. Carl bends down and picks it up, and then Cindy jumps with a boost from Carl. But in the next shot of Carl, he doesn't have Cindy's handkerchief.
Suggested correction: Carl doesn't bend down to pick up the handkerchief, he bends down so Cindy can use his back to jump off from.
Men at Work - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: In the end, Jimmy is trying to destroy that flying burger place. In one shot his computer shows that it has already destroyed pizza clown, but the next shot switches to the burger place, destroying pizza clown after it has already come on the computer as it being destroyed.
Suggested correction: Jimmy's computer could be predicting or tracking where McSpanky's was heading. Also, both instances could have occurred at the same time.
Plot hole: If Carl is allergic to dead things, then why isn't he allergic to his dead fish Swimmy?
Suggested correction: Swimmy came back to life.
The Evil Beneath/Carl Weezer, Boy Genius - S3-E13
Plot hole: In "The Evil Beneath", after Jimmy, Carl, and Sheen escape Dr. Moist's secret lair, they fly back in the hover car where they start seeing some evil fog shadows, and take off. Earlier, being out of fuel was the cause of the hover car's crash landing, but somehow it's been refilled to escape.
Suggested correction: The hover car's crash landing was due to engine failure, not being out of fuel.
Corrected entry: In the scene where they find the lost tomb the characters have their bathing suits on, once they enter the tomb their regular clothes are back on.
Correction: The shots are not continuous, they could have easily changed off screen.
Correction: They were in a hurry to find the megalomanium and destroy it before Libby could use it on herself.
