Factual error: Sister Boniface claims that a prophylactic of sodium nitrate prevents her from being poisoned by cyanide at the end of the episode. Sodium nitrate, whether ingested before or after cyanide, does not negate the effect of the poison; it would kill you regardless, especially before ingesting cyanide, as the sodium nitrate would not remain in the body long enough to even react with the cyanide.
