Continuity mistake: After the dance, when Jack is talking to The Big Three, he grabs the towel and puts it on the other side of Rebecca. When the scene cuts back to Jack rubbing Rebecca's belly, the towel is still on Jack. Then, when Rebecca's water breaks, it is back to being on the other side of her. (00:03:40 - 00:04:12)

Continuity mistake: When Kate checks her phone, the date is October 24th. This would be incorrect since the character celebrated Thanksgiving in the previous episode. (00:09:20)

Factual error: Randall flies out last minute across the country to Los Angeles to be at his sister's side for her surgery. The scene where he arrives at the hospital and meets up with her husband Toby in The Waiting Room is prefaced by an exterior shot of the supposed hospital building. The sign outside the hospital indicates the name as "Sutter Health Alta Bates Summit Medical Center," which is a hospital in Berkeley - the San Francisco Bay Area - about 400 miles north of Los Angeles. Question: How is the couple, mother played by Mandy Moore, able to adopt the orphaned kid? Given they're a poor couple with two kids already, wouldn't the hospital hold off on this for awhile and try locating the child's parents?

Answer: Where did you get that they were poor? they were middle class and had their own home.

Answer: Because that would not have made for an interesting TV series.
