Carl has been established in the series as German with a thick German accent, and the actor playing him, Rob, either forgot to use the accent or just didn't at that moment with them forgetting to change the audio in post. Continuity mistake: After the turkey opens the door, in the close up it slowly turns its head to look at Tacoma. But then the camera cuts back to show Tacoma from Carl's point of view and suddenly the turkey is facing forward again, now slowly turning its head towards Tacoma again. (00:23:25)
