Continuity mistake: Once the sand worm leaves with the junk, Rey tells BB-8, "We are safe now." BB-8 then turns to look at her. Between shots, the three patches of blue slime on the side of his head change. In the first shot, they are all almost the same size as each other and shape like jelly beans. In the next shot, the top one is shaped like a guitar pick, the middle one has shrunk drastically, and the bottom one is now a triangle shape and overlapping the orange part of his head when it wasn't touching that before. (00:02:28)

Continuity mistake: When Rey goes to wipe some blue slime off BB-8's eye, there are spots of slime on the side of his head. Between shots, the two smaller spots move, with the bigger one overlapping more of the line of the white rectangle, and the smaller one moving below some of the lines on his face. Also, another orange rectangle on his face appears between the others. (00:02:33)

Continuity mistake: After they are safe, Rey uses her finger to wipe off a little of the blue slime from BB-8's eye. When she does, there is a lot of blue slime visible on her fingertip. Yet a moment later, when BB-8 shakes off the rest of the slime and she shields her face from it, her finger is now clean. She did not wipe it off, and yet the slime has vanished. (00:02:34)

Continuity mistake: After Rey runs her finger through the slime on BB-8's eye, he spins his head to shake off more slime from his head. Rey shields her face with her hand, then smiles at him again. Between these two moments, the slime on his lower body has moved around and changed. Notably, the white rectangle goes from having a corner sticking out of the slime to being fully covered, with more slime around it, and the slime on the right side moves further down and overlaps the dark crescent shape. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: As the camera cuts and pulls back for the last shot of the episode and is zooming out away from BB-8 and Rey, the slime that was on his body has suddenly all vanished. (00:02:43)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, Rey is shown standing next to her speeder bike while next to the AT-AT walker. The shadow of her speeder bike doesn't quite match up to it correctly, looking like it intersects where it should be off at an angle. It is positioned correctly in the next shot as a close-up. Also in the close-up, the glass windscreen-like structure on top of it suddenly appears. (00:00:16)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: This episode picks up apparently the next day after episode 1, Sands of Jakku. Rey and BB-8 had escaped onto the top of a downed AT-AT Walker last time, which is now seen again at the start of this episode. Several things about it have changed between episodes, but notably the forward-facing laser cannons on the head of the Walker have moved position, are shaped very differently, and have fewer pieces. Also, the Walker's "neck" has disappeared. (00:00:16)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: At the end of episode 1, Rey and BB-8 escaped the Nightwatcher sand worm by getting on top of a downed AT-AT Walker. This same walker is shown at the beginning of episode 2 still lying in the same position. Only now its leg is a different shape, being far more rounded, and also bowed more like it's bent. More sections and joints. In the previous episode it was more flat and blocky. As well as proportions of parts of it changing size between episodes. (00:00:16)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: Rey is shown strapping BB-8 to the side of her speeder bike in a sort of net thing that is fashioned to the side. When it cuts to a close-up, a lot of things suddenly shift to the left, including Rey; the connection of the net at the top right moves further forward on the bike, and BB-8 moves further to the separation line on the bike between two metal panels. (00:00:21)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Rey is tying BB-8 to the side of her speeder bike, she is looking directly at him in the further shot, then in the close-up has her head turned to the left. (00:00:21)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: The windshield on Rey's speeder is partly broken with a shatter in it or a piece missing. When she's peering over her speeder after spotting Teedo, the glass is perfectly intact. (00:00:29)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: BB-8 is shown strapped to the side of Rey's speeder bike, and about halfway down on the side of it. There's at least a good foot or two of clearance between the top of his head and where the top of the bike is. Yet in the shot where Rey is peering over the bike at Teedo, suddenly BB-8's head is also sticking up over the bike. (00:00:30)
BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Other mistake: The very large binoculars Rey pulls out to look at Teedo with seem to just materialise out of thin air for her. And then when the other raiders attack her from behind, the binos also just vanish without a trace. (00:00:32)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: Rey pulls out her binoculars and spots Teedo. Between shots of her seeing him and then it cutting back, she and BB-8 have moved closer together. Their heads are also not lined up with the lines on the bike in the same way, with BB-8's head overlapping the line on the bike to being fully beside it now, and Rey's hand goes from being next to the edge of the metal where the windshield is to in front of it. (00:00:35)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: After Rey spots Teedo, she lowers her binoculars and glances at BB-8. The shot changes and suddenly Rey is much further away from BB-8, going from a few inches to over an arm's length apart. (00:00:37)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: After Rey spots Teedo on the dune, their side of her speeder is shown again. The paint peeling and dirt on the back fin of her bike changes between shots. Going from looking like a two-peaked mountain to a whole mountain range, the speck of paint on the left side grows bigger and changes shape, and a new speck of paint appears on the right side. (00:00:38)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: After Rey lowers her binoculars back down, the camera cuts to an angle from behind her showing the speeder bike. Details on it have changed from a few shots earlier, with the panel on the top of it becoming much larger and the net holding BB-8 to the speeder now fastened onto that panel instead of next to it. Another line in the metal appears below the windshield, and the other part of the net fastening BB-8 to the side moves. Also, each part holding the net shrinks. (00:00:38)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When the raider strikes at Rey and hits the speeder bike, the part of the net holding BB-8 to the bike moves down further on the bike. (00:00:42)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When one of the raiders attacks Rey with a downward swing of his weapon and strikes the bike, the back portion of her speeder bike has suddenly vanished. (00:00:42)

BB-8 Bandits - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: The bandit that attacks Rey with the metal stick-like item is close enough that when she ducks down to avoid his attack, he smacks the side of her speeder bike towards the top, meaning he was very close. Then a couple of shots later, when she swipes at his feet, the far shot shows him starting to fall over, and he's nowhere near close enough to the bike to even touch it if he lay out his full body length.
