Corrected entry: In the scene where Bond has just used his ring to break the glass floor and Miranda Frost is chasing him though the trees and plants, he gets to the rope (of sorts) which I assume is connected to a electronic pulley system. So as far as I can see, Jinx would have a remote control or something to control when the rope goes down, up, stops, etc. Bond obviously doesn't have this, but manages to grab the rope and shoot upwards on it. Correction: The pulley could work by a tug of the line which activates the winch upwards.
