Trivia: Jamie Pressley stated that the producers and director asked her to do more nude scenes for the movie after seeing her body during her first nude scene. She has said one of her regrets was that she was new to the industry and didn't realise she could have said "no," but still credits the movie as helping her "pay the bills."

Other mistake: In the original film, "Ivy" is not the character's actual name, but is just a nickname she goes by that her friend Sylvie makes up. We never find out her real name. In this film, we briefly see the character as a child, and she's inexplicably called "Ivy" as though it has been her name all along. (Likely done just to make it clear to the audience that she's the same character, but still it makes no sense.)
