Silence My Companion, My Death Destination - S1-E4

Factual error: The continents on the world map seen in Iron Man's lab are so crudely drawn that they shouldn't pass for an actual map a superhero team would legitimately use. South America looks more like Australia, and what appears to be Madagascar is too big in relation to Africa, and is also on the wrong side of the continent. (00:12:42)

Audio problem: When Julia's daughter Rachel is saying "I'm a dork," she does so while puckering her lips and kissing Julia on the cheek. While it's possible to speak while your mouth is in that position, your voice will sound different than normal, and Rachel's voice sounds the same as usual. (00:07:58)

Continuity mistake: When Julia and Tony are first shown talking during the piano recital, they each have a glass of water near their right hands. When the shot changes, Julia's glass is suddenly further away from her hand, and Tony's glass looks to have disappeared altogether. Additionally, Tony's suit jacket changes color from black to white. Other mistake: When Iron Man is attacked by Dreadknight, he calls out to Julia saying "He hit a major cyber shot," to which she responds by saying "Who hit what? You're alone out there, Tony." Moments later when Rhodey walks up to Julia, he asks her what's wrong with Tony, and she replies by saying "He thinks Dreadknight attacked him in a terminal reality simulation." Tony never told Julia that it was Dreadknight that attacked him, so she couldn't have known that's who Tony was referring to. (00:04:02 - 00:04:37)
