Continuity mistake: When Iron Man is using Rachel's tape player to surge energy into his suit, he connects to it using a green cable from one of his fingers. At one point a closeup of the cable is shown connected to the tape player, but when the shot changes, Iron Man is suddenly no longer connected to the tape player. (00:17:15)

Other mistake: When MODOK and Mandarin are watching Iron Man fire the missiles at Mandarin's henchmen, they can both be seen floating up and down. MODOK floats up and down due to his use of a hover-chair. Mandarin, however, does not have this ability. (00:18:50)

Other mistake: When Iron Man is attacked by Dreadknight, he calls out to Julia saying "He hit a major cyber shot," to which she responds by saying "Who hit what? You're alone out there, Tony." Moments later when Rhodey walks up to Julia, he asks her what's wrong with Tony, and she replies by saying "He thinks Dreadknight attacked him in a terminal reality simulation." Tony never told Julia that it was Dreadknight that attacked him, so she couldn't have known that's who Tony was referring to. (00:04:02 - 00:04:37)
