Continuity mistake: In the game's final cut-scene, even if you had the M4, Niko will be armed with an AK-47.
Continuity mistake: You can free aim and shoot at a vehicle's windshield, breaking and cracking it. If Niko enters the same vehicle and goes into 1st person view to look out the windshield, the glass is not damaged.
Other mistake: If Niko pushes a barrel of fire into the water, it can be seen still burning as it submerges.
