Continuity mistake: As the film starts, young Constantine is smoking a cigarette with a close up of his fingers. The camera angle changes and suddenly his fingers are in noticeably different positions. Most obvious is the finger nails are facing towards his left and then his right. (00:00:30)

Continuity mistake: After his "inner demons" attack Constantine and then reveal what they are, he has blood on the right side of his face and ear. His left side is mostly clear except a little bruise on his cheek. When it cuts to an angle further away, suddenly he has blood on his left cheek also. (00:04:15)

Continuity mistake: When the Nightmare Nurse is talking with Renee and looking out the window at the dark creatures that she can see, Renee responds and looks at her in the reflection of the window. When it cuts to a different angle showing her, the position of her head does not match her reflection. (00:17:40)
