Bug: On the 1st island there is a long tunnel. In the middle of it are 4 bums (Hobos, tramps, whatever) in a circle with a package in the middle. If you get a Bobcat truck and drive between them without running any over or beeping your horn, you can progress with the glitch. Park there and stand on the roof. If you jump off the front of the truck, another Hobo will fall from the top of the tunnel. Keep doing this until you get loads of them and kill them as they all contain Molotovs.
