Character mistake: In a few computer rooms, the speech balloon is pointed at the computer and says "I hear the disk drive," followed in the same breath by "You won't get out of here alive!", "Hesitating will raise death toll," and such. It probably is meant to say that there is a message on the computer screen, but if so, the bubble is pointed in the wrong direction and there is no separation between the context and the line.
Character mistake: On the 15th floor, the hero confronts the 5th boss, the only female enemy in the game, who has the following line: "Terrorists came in...and...me. Take it slowly!"
Character mistake: A couple of times throughout the game, some useful NPC restores the uses of your blade by saying, "Bring it with, we could use a new knife." We?
Character mistake: One of the hints from the nice NPCs in Tadoya Corp is, "If you get lost, go to the road. Use your radar to find the way." There is no 'road' to get to.
Character mistake: Inside Tadoya Corp, a concerned NPC asks, "Are we going to be destroyed as in the last terrorism?"
Character mistake: On floor 2 of the factory, a scientist with weird spiked hair tells you that "2 of brother's guys have them," referring to the keycards. But what he actually means is the 2 brothers have them (the two similar guys you have to beat).
Character mistake: While he certainly is no scientist, the big guy you have to defeat to get the first card has nonsensical dialogue: "WHO IS IT? DOGS! SAFE ROOM CARD? DEFEAT MIURA!"
Character mistake: Some NPCs can replenish agent Roy Heart (the protagonist)'s health. However, the speech balloon is pointed at them, so they are the ones saying the line in rather stilted English: "Blood stopped, I'm stronger now!"
