Revealing mistake: In the cut scene when the player character is holding Benny by his hair, the character's fist is clipping into the top of his head.
Other mistake: NPCs will sometimes be on their phones out and about. Sometimes you can see one miming the motions of tapping on a phone... but there's not actually anything in their hand.
Revealing mistake: When biting someone who's wearing a thick scarf, the player character vampire will be seen as if sucking blood from the person's neck. But the thick scarf is still in the way, with the vampire's face clipping through it.
