Deliberate mistake: When players die, the screen of the tablet used in emergency meetings is badly cracked for the rest of the game. Messages sent by other players, when shown, appear unaffected over the cracks to make said messages still readable.

Other mistake: 'Imposter' is spelt incorrectly on the Role Reveal. Innersloth spelt it 'Impostor'.

Other mistake: It is possible to check the vitals on Polus. This would involve attaching some kind of medical device to allow this. But Imposters are shapeshifting aliens that are not supposed to be there, but their vitals are readable as well. This should not be the case.

Suggested correction: Given that the players have backpacks and we never see the back there could be a vitals reader on the back.

With a recent update, it's now clear that there're no vitals reader on the back.

Plot hole: On The Skeld, ejection should be impossible without killing the entire crew. There is no airlock, meaning that as soon as the door opens to eject the potential imposter, everyone in the vicinity will be sucked out, as well as the air. Everyone would end up suffocating, and the garbage chute is too small to be used as an airlock.

Suggested correction: There's an airlock in Storage, and doors at the entrance to every room.

Then shouldn't loads of trash be ejected with them?

Factual error: The Imposter can sabotage the lights, making them turn off. They can also do this on Polus. But Polus has an outdoor area, which is also affected by the sabotage, and there are no streetlights visible.

Suggested correction: The player vision is more like a range that a flashlight can reach and these lights are obviously supported by electrical.

Last time I checked, power cuts don't make batteries in flashlights stop working.

I was trying to suggest that the flashlights are powered by a wireless transfer of power supported by electrical.
