Continuity mistake: After exiting the coffin, Jennifer and the Captain arrive at the ladder. From a shot above the Captain is still running towards it.

Visible crew/equipment: When all the passengers are next to the ladder, about to go down to the cellar looking for weapons and tools, a stage light is visible, with a paper attached to it. Before the scene ends, a boom mic is also seen.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: The Captain is down in the cellar and stumbles with something and loses his balance. Shot cuts in the middle of the fall, and he suddenly appears standing up about 2 meters to the left and 5 meters ahead. Quite a big jump for a loss of balance.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: Jan puts her headphones on and sunlight is seen coming from the window, yet the following shot from outside shows it's nighttime.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: The beginning of the movie is set in Australia, but the driver of the van is on the left side, instead of the right. However, when the van pulls over and he gets out, the shot is flipped to fix this, but the next angle of the back of the van isn't flipped and shows the left door open. The movie was shot in the U.S.

Continuity mistake: When the plane lands, the sky keeps changing from slightly cloudy, to dark gray, depending on the stock footage used.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When the Captain is about to be blown away, there's a seat belt next to him totally still and calm (revealing that there's no such wind), but in the close-up it's moving wildly.

Sacha

Revealing mistake: After Yaffi is about to be killed by the scorpion queen, an airport controller is seen typing, but the computer screen is off.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: Before the scorpion attacks Milhouse another one attacks the snobbish woman. The close shots show the scorpion's legs and the back of the seat moving wildly, but the wide shot in between shows it's all calm.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When the scorpion chases the old man, his position keeps changing drastically between shots. If an angle shows him in one place, the next angle places him five meters behind.

Sacha

Other mistake: The door of the plane is open and lets in a huge amount of pressure, but suddenly, a close-up of a corner of it shows how it softly closes tightly, without anyone turning its lever, or pushing.

Sacha

Revealing mistake: After the door's been open while on air, a huge wind starts inside the plane and the actors move as if they were being suctioned. However, the hanging oxygen masks stay motionless.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: Jennifer and the Captain exit the cellar up the ladder. When she has climbed it and is now on the upper floor, there's a shot of her back in the cellar and climbing up again.

Sacha

Visible crew/equipment: When the black man saves the Captain and kills the scorpion, a close-up shot of the cellar door with the bug shows that there's no floor underneath, and also a stage light is seen.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: Jennifer is up the ladder holding a defibrillator with her right hand, and the ladder with her left. From an angle above, both hands have the defibrillator.

Sacha

Deliberate mistake: When the captain jumps towards Scott, the distance between the two rows of seats is three times bigger than the other rows shown, obviously to allow for the fight, but still really weird when you look at it.

Sacha

Continuity mistake: When Jennifer is dressed with the special suit, a claw shows up close to her face. The amount of slime on it increases, decreases or even disappears randomly between shots.

Sacha

Audio problem: At the end, when Jennifer hands the captain a cigarette, her mouth is not in sync with her dialog.
