Continuity mistake: During Carrie's personal assistant interview with Paul, in the shot facing Carrie her papers and coffee cup are centered on the table in front of her, but as the camera pans down to the man's pink high heels, the items are at the corner of the table. (01:10:50)
Continuity mistake: When Louise calls Carrie from the bridal salon, her little sister is visible in the mirror's reflection as she holds Louise's Louis Vuitton bag on her lap. In the reflection the back of the Louis Vuitton bag faces out, but in the sister's close-up the bag's distinctive front faces out, then in the next shot it's the back again. (02:09:30)
Plot hole: In the scene where Louise gives Carrie her new phone, she tells Carrie of her new phone number and Carrie gets upset because she has lost her old 917 prefix; but all Carrie did was throw her phone away into the ocean, she didn't have to change her number. I'm sure, as here, in New York people lose or break their phones constantly. It's just a chance to explain why Big hasn't got her number - her new number - so he couldn't call her and apologise (but what about her home phone number; that wouldn't have changed - Big would know that number, surely).
Continuity mistake: During the champagne-filled "take-or-toss it" scene, when Carrie models the tutu dress, the closed blue bathroom door behind her opens itself, and then closes again, between shots. (00:33:15)
Continuity mistake: Whene Louise leaves to get married she puts the brown envelopes in the left drawer/cupboard, furthest from the TV. When she goes to look for them in a later scene they are in the left drawer/cupboard, nearest the TV.
Continuity mistake: After Carrie hits Big with the bouquet, the amount of petals on the floor changes between shots.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the four ladies are sitting around the pool in Mexico, talking about Miranda's lack of waxing, keep an eye on the magazine that Charlotte is holding. Just as Miranda walks away, the open page on the left side of the magazine is a red page advertising what looks like a perfume. As she leans forward to say, "really," the page changes immediately to a white page. Then after Carrie makes her "Mexicoma" joke, the shot goes back to Charlotte and Samantha, and the magazine Charlotte has open is now on a blueish picture. Not enough time to change the pages. Continuity mistake: At the Italian restaurant, when Miranda explains that she has a brief to work on at home, Magda lifts her glass of water with her left hand, but in the shot facing her she holds it in her right hand, then it's back in her left hand again. (00:23:35)

Continuity mistake: When Miranda and Steve are at the restaurant, the olive oil and Brady's toys such as the dinosaur, etc, keep moving around the table between shots, though nobody is touching them. (00:23:35)
Other mistake: Charlotte's dog had puppies during the show's final season and in the last episode we saw her and Harry walking them all. All the pups looked like pure-bred Cavalier King Charles spaniels (like their mother), even though they were mongrels. In the movie, the dogs are completely different and appear to be long-haired Jack Russells.
Visible crew/equipment: When Carrie walks to the building to get married, a crowd at the back is watching the shooting of the film.
Continuity mistake: When Sam throws the sushi at Smith, the splatter on the fridge changes between shots, even when no food is being thrown.
Visible crew/equipment: After receiving the Valentines card, Carrie arrives home and gets a call from Sam. During Sam's scene three people standing up are perfectly visible reflected on one of the pots. (01:37:29)

Continuity mistake: During the job interview, Carrie asks Louise the last question. She stretches her hands and crosses her fingers. From the opposite angle her right hand is extended, but the left one is under the table.
Continuity mistake: When Lily asks Carrie to read her Cinderella again Carrie opens the book. From the opposite angle it's closed and she's opening it again. From the next angle it's closed again.
Continuity mistake: In the final scene, Carrie drinks her cocktail and there's a shot of Sam from behind, with her glass on the table, hand away from it. Half a second later she is holding the glass and lowering it to put it on the table. (02:10:57)
Continuity mistake: When Carrie sees Charlotte's baby, her arm is bare and over Charlotte's arm. From the opposite angle it's hidden inside her pajamas.
