Porco Rosso/Marco wins the fight against Donald Curtis. Gina arrives and tells the crowd to leave immediately if they don't want to get busted because the army is on its way. Fio leaves with the air pirates that wanted to get even with Porco. Before leaving, Fio kisses Porco and it's suggested (because we don't see it onscreen) that his face changes back to normal. Years later, Fio is still an engineer and is good friends with Gina and the air pirates still visit Gina's restaurant. Curtis is a famous Hollywood actor and it's suggested that Porco won Gina's bet and that they are together.
