Continuity mistake: When Chaplin is watching the TV that's in the bathroom, the wiper blade of the screen is in low position and not moving. A split second later, in the next shot, it's up and moving fast.

Continuity mistake: First day in the hotel. Chaplin dries his hand grabbing a long piece of towel. In the next shot it is a shorter amount.

Continuity mistake: The man being questioned by the court changes from facing straight to sideways from one shot to the other.

Continuity mistake: In the Club. Chaplin moves the cymbal away but the tip of it is seen a split second later back in place.

Continuity mistake: In the school before Chaplin takes off his hat in front of Rupert, his hand is off the cane, a frame later it's on it.

Continuity mistake: Chaplin exits the room looking for spies and looks to the right, in the next shot he is looking the other way.

Continuity mistake: While Chaplin is hearing the loud orchestra in the Club, the drummer behind is standing up, several inches behind the drums, banging them wildly. Half a second later, a close shot on Chaplin shows the drummer behind, sitting down close to the drum. Back to a wide shot and the drummer is up and wild again. He doesn't sit down and calm himself until several minutes later.

Continuity mistake: First day in the hotel. Chaplin hears the woman and places the palm of his hand on a towel. In the next shot it's on his chest, without him having moved it.

Continuity mistake: When the group of men arrive at the room, Rupert turns his head, but it's back to the left in the next shot.

Continuity mistake: In the cinema, Chaplin moves along the aisle and moves a girl aside. From a front view, watch her skirt and you'll see it's a different girl.

Continuity mistake: When Chaplin arrived in NY and exited the plane's door, the stewardess went in the plane immediately. When broadcast on TV, she waits outside for a much longer time.

Lawyer: Your Majesty, first and foremost, you must stand on your rights and demand immunity on the ground of your Royal Prerogative.
King Shahdov: Immunity from what?
Lawyer: That I don't know, but I intend to find out. But if they put the 64 dollars question to you, as if you are, or ever have been a communist, then again you must stand on your Royal Prerogative.
King Shahdov: But that question is absurd.
Lawyer: There are many things absurd these days.
