When Danger Follows You Home (1997)

When a mysterious mental patient (who is a brilliant if paranoid schizophrenic...despite no prior family history) dies in an her basement of a drug overdose psych intern Anne Werden finds herself being first sued by the family then accused for his death facing a manslaughter then a murder charge, she turns to Detective Tyler Barnes who's convinced of her innocense by the murder weapon suddenly being uncovered at the homicide scene only the day after. When her computer son, Andrew dissapears and she is set up as a scapegoat, she must delve into Gogol's secret past to learn of her charge before Gogol's sister Elaine suffers a similar fate. Could her mother, Alicia and stepfather really be behind her brother's demise?
