Citizen Kane mistake picture

Revealing mistake: The first time the elderly Jed is interviewed at the nursing home, the projection of the image behind overlaps with his head. Although it may appear to be sunlight filtering through, the blinds can be seen clipping through the nape, ears, and head. When viewed on a large screen, the effect is unmistakable.

Suggested correction: 1) First of all, how can a rear projection overlap the foreground element? It is literally impossible. 2) Considering it affects only a small part of his head and moves in perfect synch with the movements of his head, it is obviously just glare from the light from the window. It certainly looks nothing like a matting issue.

Citizen Kane mistake picture

Revealing mistake: The edge of Kane's ageing wig protrudes excessively when he meets Susan, and even more so when Jed sends a boy back to him with the Declaration of Principles. When viewed on a large screen, the effect is unmistakable: the entire wigline stands proud around the head.

Suggested correction: I have no idea what you mean by the "wig protruding too far." If you're talking about that grey area on the side of his head, that is nothing more than a shadow that changes shape as his head moves.
