Continuity mistake: The dad is given a face tattoo on his right cheek just before going down the alley to be attacked. He is driving in his car, and the tattoo is gone.
Correction: I'm not sure what you saw, but Case never dies. She goes and kills Cyrus at the end, but she isn't the one who is killed.
