Continuity mistake: Tae-ho picks up a small phone-like device and starts reading through the call logs. In one shot, he has a left finger and a right finger shown placed against the back of the device, near the top side. In a close-up shot of the device, we can see his fingers are now positioned much lower down. (00:27:02)
Continuity mistake: When Tae-ho is given his taxes after having his money taken off him, he rotates his right hand towards himself so that he can look over the envelopes. The camera then cuts to focus on the cashier and Tae-ho can be seen in the corner of shot, where his right hand and the envelopes haven't moved. When the shot cuts to focus on Tae-ho again, his right hand is suddenly extended. (00:14:50)
Continuity mistake: When the cashier hands Tae-ho his taxes, the envelope that is pressed against his thumb rotates itself by 180° when the camera cuts to a closer shot of the envelopes. There is also the word "URGENT" on the envelope which changes to "FINAL NOTICE" in the close-up. (00:14:45)
Continuity mistake: When Tae-ho is in the cashier's office, just as he is told he'll need to pay an extra 70K for reassembly, his hand are placed on the desk in front of him, but in the next shot, his right hand is suddenly raised above the desk by a few inches. (00:14:30)
Other mistake: When Tae-ho attempts to pay his fees with a bag of rice, two men attempt to escort him out of the room. He then says "Ah, come on, guys" in Korean, but the captions say [in English] instead. (00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: When Sullivan is talking with the reporters about the new Mars colony, the reporters notice that he is eating a sandwich with a dirty hand. When he says "This isn't dirty", his hand is pointed towards his face in one shot, but when the shot cuts, his hand is suddenly rotated 90° to the right. (00:07:35)
Other mistake: At the beginning, when Tae-ho brings a bag of rice to a group of three people, the woman sitting at the desk begins banging her translation device on the table. She says "Damn it. Stupid piece of shit" in English whilst doing this, but the captions read [in German] instead of [in English]. The captions also says "Stupid asshole" instead of "Stupid piece of shit." (00:02:08)
Continuity mistake: When Sullivan is speaking with the reporter in private, whilst Sullivan is saying "At UTS, we select only the most upstanding citizens to bring to space", the reporter has his left hand and forearm placed on the table, but when it cuts to a closer shot of him, his left arm is suddenly at his side. Then in the next shot, the hand and forearm are suddenly back on the table. (01:04:50)
Continuity mistake: Just after Sullivan tells someone to bring him Dorothy, the scene cuts back to the ship. There is a book of paper sheets to draw on and a box of crayons shown in front of Dorothy. The shot then cuts to Tiger, but when it cuts back to Dorothy, the paper and the crayons have changed position. (00:33:25)
Other mistake: When Captain Jang is first introduced, she says "Out of my way, you fuckin' amateurs" in Korean, but the captions read [in English] instead of [in Korean]. (00:10:00)
Other mistake: When Tae-ho and Kot-nim are discovered hiding in the air vent and the two of them are scanned, Tae-ho's personal information profile lists his date of birth as "2062.09.19", but later when Sullivan is looking through the profiles of each of the crew members, Tae-ho's birth date is listed as 06/19/2058. Other mistake: After Jang tells Pierre to get the money, the scene cuts to a woman saying, in English "It's a 99.9 percent DNA match", but the captions read [in German] instead of [in English]. The same mistake happens again when she says "We're synced" and the captions read [woman in German] instead of [woman in English]. (02:06:08 - 02:06:40)
Other mistake: When the assassin is trapped inside the airlock with Tiger, she chokes him, and he collapses. The assassin then begins to walk back to the door to the ship, but just as she is about to open the door, Tiger sneaks up behind her and opens the airlock. There is no way she wouldn't have heard Tiger approaching her. The space was very confined and would have heard his footsteps whilst walking up to her. (01:52:05)
