Continuity mistake: When Honey meets Hiro, she has earbuds in her ears playing music. She starts talking to Hiro, pulls them out of her ears, and they dangle out of her shirt. The dangling earbuds disappear in the close up shot of her and Hiro.
Character mistake: When Mr. Rogue is spinning the globe to assign countries to the students he spins for Albert Morio, and he puts his finger just west of North America and says "Lebanon." Lebanon is in Asia, slightly northeast of Egypt and we can see Egypt on the globe on the other side of where his finger is at. He's nowhere near Lebanon.
Continuity mistake: While singing in a duet with Miss Piggy, Céline Dion is wearing a dress with a strap over her right shoulder. Near the end of the song, the strap is suddenly on her left shoulder.
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Zac Efron is talking to his girlfriend for the first time in the cafe, the reflection of her in the window does not match what she is doing in the scene. (00:25:30 - 00:25:35)
Other mistake: When Gator chuffs past Percy during the Our Tale of the Brave song, the second to last truck in his train is not rendered properly on the rails.
Continuity mistake: In the scene with Crazy Cody, he holds a bottle of honey with his left hand. When he pours it on himself, the bottle is in his right hand.
Continuity mistake: As the two assistant workers walk away from the prison building at the end of the first day, Charlotte Gainsbourg's grip on her folders switches between shots.
Continuity mistake: The day he got expelled, Felix is having lunch with his parents. During close-ups he is eating with the spoon that is still on the table in the other shots. (00:06:00)

Continuity mistake: When Classified is telling the penguins about the North Wind as Skipper eats the Cheesy Dibbles, the amount of cheese powder on Skipper's feathers differs between shots.
Revealing mistake: In the news reel detailing the Kohinoor theft, a few headlines appear, and at least one persists on screen long enough to easily spot the inconsistency between headline and article (filler text presenting a new local magazine from the London district of Lambeth). (00:09:00)
