Other mistake: Near the end, as Van Helsing parts the wooden fence and enters St Botulph's churchyard, the camera tilts up and catches two builders on top of a construction sight watching the filming.
Factual error: When Sally and Bryan are in the street, we can see, at their back, election posters. These posters appeared in 1932, one year after the movie is supposed to take place.
Continuity mistake: Watch the hotplate in the café scene before Mike puts the sausages in the oven. You can see that on the left hand side of the hotplate there is a large portion of fried egg white, but when we see Mike putting the sausages in the oven, the egg white has changed into a fried egg.
Continuity mistake: Fiona Fullerton's eyebrows change from full to plucked and back again all through the film.
Visible crew/equipment: When Robert and Arvid are in the desert and Robert falls into the pit, you can see the shadow of director Jan Troell holding the camera.
Continuity mistake: As Allen is preparing for his blind date, he knocks almost everything off the second shelf of the medicine cabinet, while trying to control the hair dryer. When the camera changes position, however, it's all back on the shelf. (00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: When Tintin and the two kids are escaping from the submarine lair, the water level keeps changing. It's supposed to be more and more high, but it's lower in some shots.
Other mistake: In the shot where the men are playing a game of baseball, if you look carefully in the background you will see that cars are driving down the highway. Considering that this movie was supposed to take place in the 1800's...
Continuity mistake: After Bruce Lee kills Chuck Norris, he walks back and picks up Chucks Gi and Obi (karate shirt and karate belt). The belt is hanging and dragging on the floor but as Bruce walks from behind a column, the Obi appears to be folded properly.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film when Oliver Reed is in the Range Rover and ramming the Hillman Avenger, watch the number plate of the Avenger. It switches repeatedly between a 'K' suffix and a 'J'.
Audio problem: When Bruce Lee finishes fighting with the Japanese school using a nunchaku and is going to fight with the fat man, he folds the weapon and tosses it to the floor on his left. It lands without making a sound.
Visible crew/equipment: When Spencer and Hill fly the second air plane, the studio headlights are mirrored in Hill's sunglasses. (00:20:35)
Factual error: When Craig is being tortured in "New York," a spy operative threatens to plug in the electric shock machine in a European socket/outlet, rather than an American-type socket.
Factual error: The colt .45 that Telly Savalas uses didn't come into use until 1911 (the film's set in 1909).
Revealing mistake: When Itto puts the cover on the baby carriage it's obvious that the sudden downpour of rain is just a sprinkler placed in front of the camera. Pay attention to the cover, Itto's clothing and the puddle behind the carriage, they remain completely dry/untouched. (00:11:00)
Other mistake: When the wrapped body parts are going for the mistress (the one telling the story), you can see the right arm dragging itself across the floor. However, the arm that grabs her face from above is also a right hand. How did the murdered wife have two right arms?
Character mistake: During the monopoly game, Peppermint Patty rolls a 12 on the dice but only moves 7 squares.
Continuity mistake: When Woody tries to escape while cleaning the dishes in Mrs Meany's café, you can see a pile of plates by the sink, but when Mrs Meany threatens to break Woody's neck if he breaks one dish, we cut back to Woody and the number of plates have increased.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Bruce Lee enters a restaurant in the Rome airport and, because he can't read the menu nor speak the language, he accidentally orders five bowls of Campbell's Soup. When the waitress first delivers the five bowls, the soups are very different colors than they are in subsequent close-ups. Disappointed but hungry, Bruce plows into the soup. Ten sequential close-up shots show him dipping his spoon into bright red, tomato-based soups; but, by the time the spoon reaches his mouth, the spoon is dripping creamy white soup, every time.
Continuity mistake: Mr. Kelly pimpslaps Rita as she is grabbing her things, and he walks away to answer the phone. Between shots, the mules on the table have rotated, and in similar fashion the suitcase is also now parallel to the side of the table instead of being at an angle. (00:34:30)
