Continuity mistake: When Doug pulls up in traffic while on the phone to Carrie, we see the truck stop in traffic from a long shot. Then it cuts to a shot from inside the truck and in this shot we see Doug is still driving. (00:18:15)

Revealing mistake: While Doug is driving the IPS truck he stops in traffic, and then Arthur pulls up alongside. Watch the reflection in the truck's side mirror, because we can see crew members pushing Arthur's car as he takes off. (00:19:10)

Continuity mistake: In the pilot episode, we see out of Doug's bedroom window and there is a very sizable gap from their window to the next house. However in later episodes, it's only a couple of feet to the next house.

Continuity mistake: The piano in the living room is ebony in the beginning of the episode. At the end of the episode the piano is brown.

Other mistake: When Carrie is telling Doug the story about the card at her office, she walks over to her dressers and starts playing with her hair. When she does this, something black appears in the shot on the right hand before moving out of shot again. (00:04:10)

Continuity mistake: When Doug is telling Carrie to listen when she's in her wedding dress and lay on the sofa, her arm changes position instantly. From being down by her chest to in front of the cushion she's got her head on. (00:20:00)

Suggested correction: This episode was very early in the series, before knowing any history of the characters. Spence's peanut allergy came up in much later episodes. It is possible that he developed the allergy later.
