After Jackie pours a box of Trix cereal, he sets it down with the front of the box (Trix is showing) facing the camera which is set awkwardly on the counter - it is not set down flat on the counter. Continuity mistake: While standing outside the horse's stall, Ralphie's arms go from being at his sides, to folded across his chest throughout the whole scene.
