Across whole show
Continuity: Season 6. Episode 69. "The Fleshy Part of the Thigh"
The card with the proverb stuck on the billboard keeps swapping positions depending if the angle is medium or close.
Revealing: In at least one scene at the Bada Bing, the neon sign reading "Satin Dolls" can been seen reflected in the mirrors. Satin Dolls is the the name of the real strip bar where the Bada Bing scenes are filmed.
Factual error: The whole Mafia side of the family that Tony frequents say how they smoke only the finest Cuban Cigars, quite frequently Monte Cristo's. Cuban cigars don't produce white ash like it does on the show. Cuban cigars' ash is a dark brown color.
46 Long (season 1, episode 2)
Continuity: During the scene in the office of Bada Bing, Pauli, Christopher, Tony, Silvio and Pussy are all together and the TV is on. Pussy is reading something and Christopher is lifting weights. In between shots, the weights change from Chris's right arm to his left and back again. It could be argued that he changes arms when the camera is off him, but there is one instance where it definitely happens too quickly for this to be the case.
The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti (season 1, episode 8)
Plot hole: Chris is in a bakery and he is overlooked for a guy that walks in. The characters name is Gino, but later in the series the same character shows back up as Vito Spatafore. They get into an altercation but if Vito was a wiseguy then Chris would have recognized him.
A Hit is a Hit (season 1, episode 10)
Continuity: When Hesh and Massive Genius are talking on the porch, Hesh is leaning forward and picks up a glass of ice tea. A second later, in the next shot he is sitting back in his chair, and is no longer holding the glass.
Audio problem: In the first long shots of Visiting Day playing at the club, the lead vocal is heard, but the singer is standing well back from the mic and does not appear to be singing.
Isabella (season 1, episode 12)
Factual error: During Tony's assassination attempt he struggles with one of the "hit men" for control of a pistol. One can see that the pistol does not contain a magazine. This would limit the shooter to 1 shot, providing the pistol is not equipped with a "magazine disconnect" if it is than it can not be fired at all. It seems unlikely that a "hit man" would be so ill prepared.
Guy Walks Into a Psychiatrist's Office (season 2, episode 1)
Revealing: Christopher is seen sniffing some lines of coke, but he is just moving the dollar bill up and down not sniffing anything at all.
Plot hole: In this episode Tony tells Janice that he has just put their mother's house on the market. In season one, the sale of the house was already progressing.
Do Not Resuscitate (season 2, episode 2)
Continuity: When the nurse brings Livia her ice cream, the apple juice carton on the tray moves between shots. Sometimes it is in front of the tapioca, sometimes beside it.
Continuity: When Tony and Janice are discussing the DNR, there is a piece of black ribbon hanging from Janice's necklace in some shots, which is not there in others.
Toodle-F***ing-Oo (season 2, episode 3)
Continuity: In the scene in the pizza place, the coffee pot's handle moves around between shots.
Continuity: When Silvio Dante is talking to Richie Aprile, from a back shot Silvio rests his head to the back but in the next shot it's straight and down.
Big Girls Don't Cry (season 2, episode 5)
Visible crew/equipment: Right at the beginning of the episode, Chris pulls over in front of the Bahama Skies tanning salon to pick up his pay. The shot shows him in the car. As he exits the vehicle, the cameraman can be briefly seen in the reflection.
D-Girl (season 2, episode 7)
Continuity: The amount of bites out of the slice of pizza Chris is eating changes between shots.
Continuity: When Chris is talking to Jon Favreau in his hotel room, Chris leans across Jon and grabs a pad from the end table next to him. In the next shot the pad is on the table again, then disappears.
House Arrest (season 2, episode 11)
Visible crew/equipment: When the camera lifts up on the last shot, you can see a lighting screen reflected on the right glass wall.
Knight in White Satin Armor (season 2, episode 12)
Revealing: While Christopher and Furia are dismembering Richie Aprile on a meat saw, you can see that the blade of the saw is still, but the blood is splattering all over the place and you can hear the sound of the meat saw cutting through flesh.
