Continuity mistake: At the end of the FCC song, the trio rips off their clothes to reveal lingerie including red shoes. However, as Brian doesn't wear shoes or trousers throughout the scene, they should have been visible throughout the song. (00:14:40)

Continuity mistake: We see an inmate say "I hear there is a lot of buzz about this new band". When he does there is an overhead shot showing that a lot of chairs are empty and that there is no group of people sat together but as the camera changes, the gaps have gone and seats are filled. Continuity mistake: When we first see the doctor pointing at the sign on his desk his pointer is pointed at the word Average. When the shot changes the pointer is now well past the word Average and on his other hand. (00:07:20)

Continuity mistake: After getting the uranium, Stewie places it in the time pad and then puts the pad in his jacket pocket. After being confronted by Hitler who promises to spare them if they sing a musical number, Mort interrupts them, and it's seen that he is now standing on the time pad.
