Continuity: In the episode "The Cleveland-Loretta Quagmire" while the Griffin family are at the Heimlich maneuver class, there is a scene where Stewie is talking to a doll and putting his clothes on. You can see that he has no shoes on but when he sticks his feet through the pant leg holes, shoes suddenly come out of the pants and he has his shoes on.

Continuity: In the episode where Brian and Lois get married, Lois confronts Brian after cheating with Peter back at the house. Stewie is playing with a SIMON SAYS game. Look at the SIMON SAYS when he is playing it (up close), after he is done (the close up shot ends), look at the colors again on the SIMON SAYS, they change.

Continuity: Episode "Lois Kills Stewie": Stewie forces Lois to breastfeed him, and she undoes her shirt. As Brian and Lois argue about who is going to test her milk, Cleveland barges in and is shot. When Lois jumps up, her shirt is buttoned again, with no time for her to do it.

Other: In the very new episode where Lois stops breastfeeding Stewie. When Stewie sneaks into his parents' room and attaches the breastfeeding pump to Lois, he places the cups too high on her chest for them to be on her nipples. You can see this, especially after he removes the cups.

Continuity: Series 6, episode 12: When we first see the English guy in his car, his crates of goods are stacked askew in the back seat. After Peter's crew shoot the car several times and the car is half-wrecked, the boxes are suddenly neatly packed into the seats. Moments later, we see the boxes piled randomly again. This change happens a couple more times before the scene is over.

Continuity: In the very beginning of Perfect Castaway, when Peter is talking to his workers and telling them he's going to have to "put them down", he pulls out a shotgun and four shells. He puts two shells in each barrel, but then continues to shoot 5 times when they jump in the water. First of all the shotgun is a double-barreled, break action type shotgun, so Peter should only have been able to put two shells in it. Second of all, even if he could put two shells in each barrel, he would only be able to fire it four times.

Factual error: In some episodes, the word 'fictitious' in the credits disclaimer is spelled 'ficticious'.

Continuity: Series 6, episode 12: The English guy's car is full of crates when we first see it and when his roof is blown off but after Peter and a crewman have boarded, there are suddenly barrels in the car too.

Continuity: In series 4 episode 13 Jungle Love: When the family are escaping the tribespeople, Chris is wearing the tribal clothing. When they jump in the plane there is a brief far-off shot of Chris wearing his usual cap and t-shirt. In a close up shot moments later, he is wearing the tribal gear again.

Continuity: In the episode "Petarded", when Peter is in court, when he says he is going to call "the ghost that never lies" to the stand, only Stewie is visible over Peter's shoulder. But when Peter says "But only I can see him", Meg is also visible over his shoulder.

Continuity: When Stewie is in the sterile glass cage, Lois is changing his diaper with rubber gloves built into one of the panels (like Homer Simpson's in the opening credits). In previous and subsequent shots, however, the panel is solid glass, with no gloves. (Series 4: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Fonz).

Continuity: In the episode when Peter finds out that he is retarded, in the scene where they are about to start shooting at each other, when Peter says, "Nobody fire at Lois. She's scared.", look over his shoulder. In the picture, Stewie is facing left. Later, when they're shooting at each other, Stewie is facing right.

Audio problem: In the episode when Bryan goes on The Bachelorette, when Quagmire and Brooke are in the hot tub, Brooke passes out after drinking the champagne that Quagmire put a drug in. You hear the sound of her hitting the ground a moment early, before you see it.
