Continuity mistake: When we first see Joe's police car in his driveway, the lights on top of the car have the blue half on the driver side and the red half on the passenger side, later on in some scenes the red half is on the driver side while the blue half is on the passenger side.

Continuity mistake: When Peter gives Chris the invitation to his party Meg walks into the kitchen, and both the fridge and freezer door handles are on the left side, but in following shots both door handles are back to their usual place on the right. (00:01:00 - 00:05:25)

Continuity mistake: When Stewie answers the door, notice the doorknob. It's down further in just this scene, so he can answer it. The rest of the episode it's where it's supposed to be.

Continuity mistake: When Brian is crashing his car in Canada, a tyre smashes through his window. At no point does Brian take out the tyre, but when Stewie and Brian get in the car to go to the North Pole, there is no sign of any tyre whatsoever. (00:14:10 - 00:15:50)

Continuity mistake: The buttons on Chris' and Peter's suits switch sides while they're at church. Also, when Lois goes to see Joyce after the news anchor's exposé, both women's buttons are a problem when the buttons do not change sides in the mirror's reflection. (00:04:00 - 00:13:30)
Continuity mistake: After Joyce reveals the secret on the news it soon cuts to Joyce sitting in front of the mirror at Quahog 5, and in the mirror's reflection we see the door behind Joyce opens at the real Lois' right side (blocking the lightswitch), but in the next shot facing Lois the door opens the opposite way (not blocking the lightswitch). Continuity mistake: During the AA meetings, Dr. Hartman's, Bruce's, and Tom's buttons switch sides between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Franz Gutentag falls off the step towards the end of the episode, Herbert is on the porch of the house and reaches out to him. When we see the shot of Gutentag falling in slow motion and the birds fly away, there is no sign of Herbert on the porch.

Continuity mistake: When Stewie spots "evil Stewie", the evil clone is off the carpet and next to the hi-fi. In the very next shot he's moved far closer to Stewie and Brian.

Continuity mistake: Meg drops Joe's gun into Bonnie's bag at the airport, but it's zipped closed - you hear the baggage check guy unzip it before looking in it.
Continuity mistake: Peter gives Chris a carton of cigarettes and lights one for him to smoke. Camera cuts to Lois, then back to Chris and the cigarette in Chris's mouth and the carton on his lap are nowhere in sight.
