Brian's Got a Brand New Bag - S8-E4

Continuity mistake: When Stewie goes down the stairs in his bed, when he hits the front door, the door opens outwards outside. It always opens towards the inside. Plus in this episode, the door is brown when he rolls outside. Next scene and the other times in the show it's a red door.

Hannah Banana - S8-E5

Continuity mistake: Chris puts a video recorder in his room to try to capture the angry monkey in his closet to show Peter and Lois. He views the tape the next day and sees Peter and Quagmire enter his room. Quagmire punches Chris in the eye and bruises, it but when we see Chris the very next day, there's no black eye.

Quagmire's Baby - S8-E6

Continuity mistake: Peter is sitting on the couch talking on the radio. You see the phone sitting on a table beside the couch. But when Peter picks up the phone to call Quagmire, the phone is right beside him, without him ever moving it from the table.

Quagmire's Dad - S8-E18

Continuity mistake: When Brian stops at the Marriott, he orders a Jack on the rocks. As he is ordering it, there is a woman in the background with a martini, then when the camera cuts to behind the counter when Brian receives the Jack on the rocks, the same woman has red wine instead of a martini.

Something, Something, Something, Dark Side - S8-E20

Continuity mistake: After Fett flies off with frozen Han it soon cuts to Vader and Luke during their lightsaber duel. When Luke is being pulled through the broken window he's holding his lightsaber in his right hand, then it disappears from his outstretched hand in the wide shot, but in the next closeup his lightsaber is suddenly clipped to his belt at his left side. Something, Something, Something, Dark Side - S8-E20

Continuity mistake: During their lightsaber duel, Luke is holding his lightsaber when Vader cuts off his right hand, then Luke's hand and his lightsaber fall away so he loses both. However, after Luke is rescued by the Millennium Falcon, when the door opens as Lando helps an injured Luke, we can see the hilt of Luke's lightsaber hanging from his belt as he hugs Leia. Partial Terms of Endearment - S8-E21

Continuity mistake: In this episode, Lois is shown to have dated Naomi during college. But in the episode "Meet The Quagmires", it was established that Lois and Peter were already dating when Lois was eighteen. She accepted Peter's marriage proposal at that age. She would have been engaged and possibly married during college, not dating other people.

Underage Peter - S14-E14

Plot hole: They're in the Clam complaining that they can't drink when they make the revelation that Brian can because he's technically 56. But Quagmire should be able to drink, as in a much earlier episode, he's revealed to be over 60.

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: Quagmire considers the rest of them to be his best friends. He isn't drinking because they can't drink. He is complaining because since his friends can't drink - he won't drink, so he is still pissed.

It's still a plot hole considering Quagmire's age. I think the writers messed up big time.

You make a good point, but it's awkward to be that one person who is drinking while surrounded by people who can't. So, I understand the correction that was submitted above. Because his friends are not drinking, he now feels that he can't.

It's 100% a mistake. Quagmire simply would buy them alcohol the same way Brian did when they realized he could.

Brian Sings & Swings - S4-E19

Question: In this episode Meg pretends to be a lesbian, when she calls herself a 'mega lesbian' it shows four other 'mega lesbians' singing something on deep voices. What song are they singing? Is it a real song?

strikeand

Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
