Visible crew/equipment: Just after Piper freezes the security guard after she and Prue enter the prison, they are walking along a corridor and the shadow of a boom mic can be seen in the top left quadrant of the screen.
Continuity mistake: When Piper writes the name "Nell" backwards on the castle window she uses two fingers so each letter is doubled lined, but when the name is viewed from the outside all the letters are single lined. Additionally, after she writes the backwards "N" on the bottom right window, in the next closeup of the swords' pointy ends that window is blank. (00:30:20)
Continuity mistake: Phoebe had to touch both Jane and Malcolm for them to be trapped in the painting, so how come she didn't have to touch Piper and Prue for them to all be freed? (00:39:25)
Revealing mistake: When the sisters are talking in the kitchen about Phoebe crashing Prue's car, whenever Phoebe turns around you can see a distinctly grey patch of skin on her shoulder where one of the actress's tattoos is covered up.
Visible crew/equipment: After Prue gets off the phone with Barker and tells Phoebe about it, when Piper runs into the kitchen with the news about Dishwalla, the reflection of the moving boom pole can be seen on the glass cabinet. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: When Leo comes to the manor to tell Piper about Masselin, during the conversation Prue is not wearing her choker in the shots facing her (with her arms crossed) and Phoebe, but in the next shot when Leo tells Piper that he knows she's upset we see Prue's choker suddenly around her neck. Continuity mistake: After Phoebe tells Piper about the balloon plan, when Piper starts talking about Leo she fills the blender on the counter, and in the two shots facing Piper the white lid is on top of the blender, but in the shot facing Phoebe the lid is gone before she turns it on. (00:19:10)
Continuity mistake: After the potion is spilt, the green stain it leaves on Phoebe's skirt keeps changing both size and colour. (00:31:30 - 00:34:35)
Continuity mistake: When Prue leaves Buckland's, she's wearing a red tank top, but when she arrives at Camp Skylark, her shirt is different, both in style and color. She can't have stopped to change, because it's mentioned she left the auction house and headed directly to the camp. (00:07:00 - 00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: After Prue and Phoebe send contagious Piper back up to bed, it cuts to three consecutive shots of buses arriving at camp. In the first shot, the bus license plate is white with the number "2IAB345" and we see markings on the bus as the counselor exits. The second closer shot shows two kids exiting the bus. Then in the third wideshot, with those same two kids beside the door, the license plate is now blue with the number "876QPD" and we see the same markings on the bus as in the first shot, so we know it's the same bus. Visible crew/equipment: After the shots of the kids arriving on the first day of camp, when it cuts to Prue and Phoebe in the car, we can see the reflections of the camera operator and camera dolly on the surface of the car. (00:22:35)
Continuity mistake: As soon as the water demon enters Sam, we can see that Prue's hair is completely dry. Then when she flips the switch to electrocute Sam to kill the water demon, her hair goes from dry to wet without ever coming into contact with any water. (00:36:25)
Other mistake: After Sam uses the powder on the sisters, erasing their memories, they're visited by Leo who starts to say "he must have gotten the powder" and one of the sisters finishes with "our mother." But in a later episode we learn all white lighters have this powder.
Continuity mistake: In this episode, the Cupid needs his ring in able to "fade" from place to place but in Season Eight Coop loses his ring to a demon and he is still able to "fade" from place to place. (00:18:00)
Visible crew/equipment: While Phoebe is telling Prue about the abandoned baby, Piper comments that the baby is like a car alarm, and as the sisters walk into the foyer the white T-mark is visible on the rug in the foyer. (00:07:20)
Audio problem: Baby Matthew is supposed to be screaming his head off, when Prue levitated the contents of her purse to cheer him up. But she turns him to the camera and he is smiling. (00:21:40)
Continuity mistake: When Matthew starts crying and Piper freezes him, Prue puts her hands on her forehead. In the following close up, her hands are brushing her hair back, then back on her forehead in the next wide shot. (00:23:00)
Chosen answer: Her agent/manager negotiated a special billing as part of her contract. It distinguishes her from the rest of the cast, probably when she became a producer on the show.
