The One Where Paul's The Man - S6-E22
Corrected entry: At the museum, the girls learn there is a two-year waiting list for weddings. But when there is a cancellation, Monica is called about filling the spot. If there was a cancellation, wouldn't the next person on the list be called? Even if they weren't interested, there would be two years worth of couple ahead of Monica and Chandler.
The One With The Ring - S6-E23
Corrected entry: Joey has got Chandler's credit card and when we see Joey with it in the coffee house it is a Mastercard. But when Chandler gets it from Joey in his apartment later, it's blatantly an American Express card.
Correction: When Joey originally gives the credit card to Gunther (the mastercard), it is declined and Joey says "oh, that's my card" and hands Gunther Chandler's card, which we don't get a chance to see closely so it is presumably the AmEx card. These shots aren't included in the Netflix version, which makes it seem like a continuity mistake.
The One Where Ross Got High - S6-E9
Corrected entry: Rachel claims to be making an "Old-English Trifle" using an "Old-English Cookery Book." When she describes the ingredients she says "Beef sauteed with peas and onions." Then Ross looks at the book and realises that the pages are stuck together exclaiming "She's made half an Old-English trifle, and half a shepherds pie." The problem here is that a shepherds pie is made with lamb; a cottage pie is made with beef. Therefore, not only is this simply wrong, but it also shows they are not using an English cook book as it would never make such a basic mistake as this.
Correction: The book is never said to be an "Old-English Cookery Book". In fact when you look closely you will see that it is some kind of magazine called something like "Cooking skills". The only English thing mentioned is an "English Trifle".
Corrected entry: In The One After Vegas, Joey's driving back in the taxi with Phoebe in the back. He passes a hitch-hiker on his right, carries on driving, and we see a shot of him, with no sign of the hitch-hiker behind him. Immediately after that, we see the taxi driving along, and there's only one person in it.
Correction: The shot after he has passed the hitch-hiker is supposed to be after he has picked him up.(You don't know how much time has elapsed between those shots). Also there is not only one person in the taxi. We only see the hitch-hiker now driving it while Phoebe and Joey are asleep in the back and wouldn't be seen from that angle.
The One That Could Have Been, part 1 - S6-E15
Corrected entry: In the episode 'The One That Could Have Been' Phoebe says she wonders what would have happened if she'd taken the job with 'Meryl Lynch', but in the dream world, she works for a different company, Something Gearman.
Correction: Just because she would have taken the job with Meryl Lynch doesn't mean she would have stayed there forever. Maybe the place she works in the episode was better.
The One With The Routine - S6-E10
Corrected entry: At the end of the episode, Ross and Monica complain because they didn't get to perform their routine on the platform (because it cut to midnight too quickly). But the director must have known exactly when the filming would end, so why would he have put Ross and Monica on the platform 10 seconds before the end of filming? It's not just that he wants them in the background for a few seconds or something, because he wanted them for the blooper show (not the final show) and they didn't get a chance to dance up there at all.
Correction: Quite simply, he wants them to stop bugging him about performing on the platform. They have been in his face all night long, doing dance moves that (in his eyes) are not good enough, so putting them there in the last few seconds shuts them up and gives them no base for later complaints, while the same maintaining the quality of the show by filming the platforms with decent dancers.
The One With Joey's Fridge - S6-E19
Corrected entry: In this episode The One With Joey's Fridge, Rachel's hair is just a few inches past her shoulders and in the very next episode, The One with Mac and C. H. E. E. S. E. Rachel's hair has magically grown down to her waist. No one else's hair has changed, and no mention of it in these episodes either. I guess they were just hoping no one would notice it.
Correction: She could have had hair extensions put in, and since we don't see every second of their lives on camera, we could assume her friends already knew about it and did not mention it.
The One On The Last Night - S6-E6
Corrected entry: There is zero reason for Ross to not pull the curtains in his apartment in order to hide the fact that Ben's not there. The only reason is to pull that silly gag with the pumpkin.
Correction: Except Monica was already suspicious, and if he pulled the curtains (which he clearly rarely does) she'd likely call him out as faking. He figures if he can make a "fake Ben" she'll believe his excuse.
Correction: Some or most of the couples probably had started planning their wedding - booking music etc, and couldn't switch days. The lady might have called some of them before Monica, and none were interested.
