Trivia: The hotel chase and horse in the elevator scenes were actually filmed in two hotels in Los Angeles as opposed to Washington D.C. where the film was set. The building with the elevators is the Westin hotel near downtown, and the lobby chase was filmed at the now-demolished Ambassador on Wilshire.

Continuity mistake: When Dean is yelling at Dakota in front of the house, watch the lighting through this sequence. The sun is coming in, then it's gone, and back again. The amount of angle changes combined with the movement of the sun creates an almost flickering effect.

Continuity mistake: The baseball players on Patty's team appear out of nowhere near the beginning. She walks back to the bench in defeat and it's just Doug and Skeeter. A couple of seconds later there are a lot of people in the stands.

Singin' in the Rain (1952)
Visible crew/equipment: During the Broadway Melody, the shadow of the hanging boom mic becomes visible. This happens during the sequence filmed in the large sound stage. Kelly is dancing with a woman with a long fabric flowing behind her. The shadow is on the right side.

Suggested correction: I can see no shadow at any point in this scene. Could you provide a time stamp or screen capture? Besides, there is no spoken dialog or even any natural sound in the scene. Why would they be using a boom mike?
It's on the right, center side of the screen when the lady with the long flowing dress is further away and the shot cranes up. This is a musical number, Kelly is singing. They would still use a microphone.
Are you talking about the fantasy sequence between Kelley and Cyd Charisse? If you mean the faint shadow at 1:25:18, that is a shadow from the flowing cloth. And no, they would not be using a microphone. 1) There is no singing in that sequence. 2) In musicals at the time, all singing was pre-recorded and the actors lip-synced to a playback on stage.

Visible crew/equipment: At the drive in theater, Marty says he'll put the boots on when he gets there. The camera pans to the left to follow Marty and Doc as they continue to talk. On the very far left side of the screen, the shadow of the boom mic briefly dips into frame. This happens just before Doc walks over to the DeLorean from his car. (00:16:35)

Continuity mistake: About 8 minutes into the episode, Silver is talking to the other female sensei, and she sees the stretch limo crash through the gates on her tablet. It makes it all the way through but when she picks it up to show Silver, the video backs itself up.

Continuity mistake: Lawrence is giving a ride to a guy who is on the phone. There is an older vehicle behind them. The older vehicle moves closer when the scene changes. The entire time, we can see out the back window.
