Passenger 57 (1992)

Continuity mistake: After the main bad guy gets back into the plane, he goes to the cockpit and tells the pilot to take off. Look out of the window. The sun is obviously setting, then overhead in the very next shot under the plane. This whole sequence up to the point where the plane is in the air again features changing times of day.

One Ocean Closer to Destiny - S1-E6

Other mistake: Near the end, Spencer and Alex make love and there is a brief shot of her feet lying on top of his. The scene then cuts to them lying near each other. The problem is, the way Alex is lying would mean her feet would be pointed sideways and unable to appear like they do in that brief shot. She would have to be lying on her back in order for her feet to appear the way they did.

Robocop (1987)

Visible crew/equipment: Robocop shows up at city hall and is hounded by reporters. We see his point of view. The shadow on the bottom left is that of the camera filming the shot. It noticeably has a shade so light doesn't reflect into the lens and is visible at least twice.

Quantum Leap (2022)

S.O.S. - S1-E14

Factual error: Some of the crew members are standing on deck while the ship is firing. They're close to the guns. Not only are the guns very loud and thus would destroy their hearing, those men would potentially be physically injured by the shock.
