October Sky (1999)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, just before the town sees Sputnik at night, Roy Lee is talking to Homer about seeing a movie with a date. Homer is looking up at the sky. The shot cuts and he is looking forward. (00:07:55)

The Naked Gun (1988)

Continuity mistake: When Frank hits the garbage cans in his car, causing the airbag to go off, watch how they are inflated during this sequence. The airbags are deflating in the oncoming angle but then are sticking out of the passenger window in the opposite angle.

Cocaine Bear (2023)

Revealing mistake: When the Terminator, Kate, and John are escaping the cemetery, they come down a winding road and drive in front of the camera in a hearse. Both Kate and the Terminator have been replaced by stunt drivers.

Audio problem: When Arnold makes the slow turn at the cemetery from Dr. Silberman's view, he starts firing his weapon at the police but we don't hear it. In the very next shot, he repeats the same action but we hear it this time.

RV (2006)

Audio problem: The Gornickes and Munro family pull out of the gas station in their bus-type vehicle while Bob is coming down the hill on the bike. There is a "ding ding" sound typical of full service gas stations or auto repair places. These require the long black wires to trigger when tires run over them but no wire is visible.

Breakdown (1997)

Trivia: When Jeff tries to get Red to pull over on the road, he almost misses an RV and has to swerve at the last minute. In front of where he swerves is a big rock looking thing, right frame. It is there to hide the camera filming the lower angle shot we see in this sequence.

Revealing mistake: When Clouseau is floating out of his apartment in his costume, in several shots you can see the shadows of the chimney behind him in the sky, indicating this was shot in a studio.

Continuity mistake: Clouseau and the doorman are stuck in the sauna, and Clouseau draws on the window to see out as it is streamed up. The level of steam on the window changes during this sequence.

Revealing mistake: The scene with one of the girls in the Pi house undressing on the TV was filmed with a handheld camera. Lewis tells Lamar to pan the scene right which it does. Cut to the scene of the woman undressing and the scene is shaking, like someone is holding the camera. These should be stationary shots. We even see the camera that is filming the shot and it's strapped down with a periscope.

Fall (2022)

Other mistake: In an early shot that takes place at night, a woman in a restaurant points out that the radio tower has a blinking light. Later on during the night shots we see the strobe close up. The problem is, there is no electrical equipment on or nearby the base of the tower, nor are there electrical wires visible for the lighting. How is this tower still receiving power? Tower lighting is extensive, and there would at least be some form of equipment for it present at the bottom of the tower. Not to mention, tower lighting has to be maintained by FAA regulations, and it's difficult to believe a 2,000 foot tower would be in such bad shape. Considering the strobe at the top is incandescent, it would burn out often and the tower would need to be climbed.
