Stargate SG-1 (1997)

Lockdown - S8-E3

Other mistake: At the end, Anubis/Vaselov is sent to KS7-535 and we see a shot of the gate being partially buried in snow and Anubis frozen. However, the wormhole should have cleared all the snow in its path when it established, meaning it wouldn't be buried in the snow as seen.

Other mistake: When the "good" guys can easily kill someone wearing protective combat gear, bullet-proof vests, etc with just one shot, but the "good" guy can get shot multiple times and be OK.

Suggested correction: It depends on where the good guy was hit at and how bad the bullet wound is.

The Office (2005)

Traveling Salesmen - S3-E12

Other mistake: When Michael is playing with "Harvey" the computer, it says whatever he types. When we briefly see the computer screen, the entire dialog for the scene is already typed out, in spite of it including text that hasn't been said yet and that Michael wouldn't know Harvey would say (such as "you ruined a funny joke, get out of my office").

Divergence (2) - S4-E16

Other mistake: They show the tether and tether anchor fall out of the ship and fall behind, much in the same way as throwing something out of a car. However, it was still in the warp bubble and should have continued to be moving at warp 5 with the ships. We see later Columbia extend its warp bubble around Enterprise and Enterprise remains at warp 5 after cutting their engines. But, if the tether is no longer affected by the warp bubble, it should have been instantaneously out of view.

Suggested correction: Too much supposition, especially regarding fictional technology.

This correction is too vague and gives no counter argument to support the statement. Either it's affected by the Warp Bubble and stays at Warp 5 or it doesn't. Even with the inconsistency of warp speed, the ship is still traveling 20-30 million miles a second (23.2 million miles a second at standard speed). An object that small would be out of sight within a mile or less (fictional technology or not). Since we know the object isn't traveling at Warp 5 (otherwise it wouldn't fall behind as it did), it would have to be traveling at least Warp 4.99999999 to stay in range as long as it did (a speed never established in-universe). It's also been established in-universe when a ship comes out of warp, it has no inertia so it will not continue to drift. Given in-universe established facts about the fictional technology, there's nothing to support the idea the object is still traveling at Warp 4.99999999 (at Warp 4.9999999 the object would still be out of sight after less than a second).

Other mistake: On page 170, when Quentin is at breakfast and Poppy joins them and we learn she's from Australia the text reads "if that was true he could why see Poppy had gotten the hell out." It should say "see why."

Squabbits - S1-E4

Other mistake: When Connie picks the padlock, the shackle pops open. However, because of its position and since she doesn't move the padlock, the lock's shackle goes through the metal handle on the door.

Life Line - S6-E24

Other mistake: When Janeway plays the message from the Admiral, she tells the computer to advance to time index 121.4. each 0.1 of the time index equals 1 second. We hear the message play for 4-5 seconds, but when the video is shown, the time index is only 121.5.

Out of Time - S2-E1

Other mistake: Sara tells Jefferson that the professor has a one hell of a right hook (referring to Martin knocking Einstein out). Jefferson replies, "seriously, Gray punched him out?" The subtitles mistakenly say "Ray."

Bishop73

Macrocosm - S3-E12

Other mistake: When Neelix and the Captain are following the unknown creature, it turns down a hallway and Neelix says it just ran into a dead end. The two follow and enter the transporter room on their right. However, when they exit the room, they turn to their right again, which should lead to a dead end. They needed to go to their left to go back to where they came from.

Lethal Weapon 3 (1992)

Other mistake: When Cole is looking at the LAPD records, Billy Phelps has a birth-date of 9/16/63 and is listed as 28 years old, meaning the current date is at least 9/16/91. However, the first record, Rick Sabman, has a birth-date of 9/1/60 and is only listed as 30 years old, when he should be 31.

Bishop73

Other mistake: When Duke and Ripcord first start training, the "fired" amount doesn't match the "missed" plus "hit" total. It's always 2 off, and it's not due to any delay because each hit or miss is recorded at the same time a fired is recorded.

The Horse Rider-er - S6-E17

Other mistake: When Tina is writing in her diary and we hear the voice-over she says "So, it's a really great bang for your buck-ing bronco" but when we see the diary it reads "So it's really bang for your buck-ing bronco."
