Updated recently Continuity: After the big battle, Iron Man lies on the floor when Capt. America, all dirty and messy, says "We won". Iron Man sighs in relief and rests his head on the pavement. A frame later, from a wide angle, his head is raised, plus Capt. America's face is clean and his hair is brushed.

Revealing: You can see the blue screens on Bruce Banner's glasses when Tony Stark is talking to him about embracing the Hulk rather than disliking it.

Visible crew/equipment: During the New York attack when the cars are being blown up, the shot cuts to inside a taxi. When it does this the taxi flips over and part way through the flip a cable can be seen attached to the taxi.

Continuity: In the chopper, Nick shoots at the car where Loki is and breaks its front window. From a brief wide angle, the glass is intact.

Continuity: While Loki lies on the floor and talks about the Tesseract, bushes appear/disappear by his left side between shots.

Continuity: When the Helicarrier is about to take off, Banner and Rogers are still at the edge of the landing strip, identified by the yellow SHIELD logo and the jet that Banner is checking out. But the shot hangs on Romanoff for a second, and when it cuts, Banner and Rogers are instantly at the very edge of the ship, a good 50 feet away from where they were a second ago.

Continuity: For a brief moment during the battle at the end, the scar on Tony Stark's left cheek vanishes after saying "I will, roger that" to Hawkeye. It reappears shortly afterwards.

Continuity: When Natasha is tied on the chair and the phone falls on the floor, it disappears, then reappears but turned off, and finally we see it with a shining bright green light (as it was supposedly left by her, when she left the call on hold).

Continuity: When Steve Rogers first meets Bruce Banner, Rogers' hair keeps changing between being neat and being blown apart, depending on the angle.

Continuity: When Captain America and Coulson land on the base in the helicopter, there is a man with an orange coat standing 2 to 3 meters away from the helicopter. But in the wide shot, he is at least 6 to 7 meters away from the helicopter.

Deliberate "mistake": The Mark 7 takes 9 seconds to assemble - give or take. Judging by the view of the Chrysler Building, Stark Tower is about 300 meters high. Even if you wouldn't count the time it takes for the suit to catch up with Tony, 9 seconds is too long, he would hit the ground before the suit would fully assembled.

Revealing: In the scene where Natasha Romanoff does a flip while tied to the chair, you can see that she turns into a man at the very end of her flip. Look at her arms. They go from her arms to some muscular man's arms.

Audio problem: When Natasha is tied in a chair and she fights her way out. When she reaches the third man and "head butts" him, her head is several centimeters away from his and her hair is the only thing that touches him, but we still hear the sound of a hard impact.

Continuity: When Stark is about to fire up the arc reactor underneath Stark Tower, you can see that he turns for his approach. But when he is flying in with the nuke, Stark Tower is in a straight line with the street he flew in on - the same street as when they lit the arc reactor.

Continuity: When Thor asks Loki about the Tesseract, he grabs him with his left hand around his neck. The thumb is either by the ear or on the neck, depending on the shot.

Continuity: Loki escapes with the Tesseract and when in the tunnel shoots a cop car with two men inside. After the car flips over, it's obvious that the car is empty.

Factual error: In the scene after the chitauri army enters the atmosphere, they start shooting people in the ground and in the next shot if you see underneath the bridge there is a restaurant with people running around to avoid getting hurt. If you see there are two glasses of wine and some food plates sitting in a table firmly which does not even move despite the blast wave that was created from all the shooting in the ground near it.
