Other: When Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans are trying to tell the guards of the senator that they are carrying a bomb, they shoot the side window of their car only once but there are at least three or four holes in it.

Alley Thug: Wrong place, wrong time. Nothing personal.
Joe Hallenbeck: That's what you think. Last night I fucked your wife.
Alley Thug: Oh you did, hah? How'd you know it was my wife?
Joe Hallenbeck: She said her husband was a big pimp lookin' motherfucker with a hat.
Alley Thug: Oh, you're real cool but you've got to take a bullet.
Joe Hallenbeck: After fucking your wife I'll take two.
The Last Boy Scout (1991) - 41 mistakes
starring Bruce Willis, Danielle Harris, Halle Berry (add more)
Continuity: Watch the Mustang blow up at the beginning of the movie. It looks to be about an 88 GT convert. When it is shown after the explosion it changes to an 86. Two completely different looking cars. Check out the headlamps.
Continuity: Half way thru the film when they are discussing Wayan's drug abuse, his ear piercings change from his left ear to the right ear and then back to the left. Obviously a flipped shot.
Continuity: After the limo crashed and Joe is standing next to it, take a look at the rear wheel of the limo. In one shot it isn't moving, in the next shot it is. This keeps alternating a few times.
Continuity: After Halle Berry gets shot, Bruce and Damon are sitting in the Police station talking about Damon's leather pants. Bruce finishes his cigarette and reaches into his pocket for another, but then they change camera angles and show him already smoking a half gone cigarette.
Continuity: When the red Sunbird and the Caddy are driving sown the steep hill, the windshield on the Sunbird changes from passenger side busted out, to completely gone, to completely intact, when they hit the tree at the bottom.
Continuity: During the chase scene with the Cadillac and Sunbird, the Caddy follows the Sunbird over a berm, launching it into the air. When it lands, the right front wire-wheel hub cap comes off. Briefly the plain black wheel is seen. While going over the cliff, the hubcap is back, and is seen to be back on when the Caddy flips into the pool.
Continuity: Watch closely when Joe and Jimmy steal the white BMW. Jimmy is carrying the briefcase with the money in it, and all he does is get in to the passenger seat with it. Yet at the end of the movie, the police chief finds it in the boot.
Continuity: When Joe uncovers the affair in the bedroom, his wife's robe goes from open in front, to closed (note V of material under her neck) in closeups, to open again in the wide shots.
Continuity: In the limo chase scene on the freeway, Joe and Jimmy overtake a big truck and pull in front of it, yet in two following shots, if you look out the back of the window, the big truck has disappeared, then reappears on a wide shot.
Factual error: When the black car lands upside down in the pool, you can see that it lands as if it were dropped straight down. The car should have hit the pool at an angle, for it was speeding off a hilltop at a very high rate of speed when it entered the pool.
Continuity: In the limo chase scene on the freeway, just after Baynard's bodyguards shoot at Jimmy and Joe in the BMW, the limo speeds away and Joe drives after them, he clashes with two cars and the right side of the BMW gets damaged slightly if you watch closely, then in the following shot as we see the BMW speed off, the side where it was damaged has repaired itself.
Continuity: Near the beginning of the film in the bar scene, we see Joe and Jimmy Dix talking then, Jimmy throws a punch and Joe catches it, knocks Jimmy down and he walks off. If you slow this part down as Joe begins to sit down again, there is a glass on the table half full with scotch, then when Joe reaches for the glass it is turned over and spilt, as he says, "Spilt my warm cup of piss ".
Continuity: When Jimmy is arguing with his former colleague in the pool of the LA Stallions, in the first shot of him there are two pink balloons and a red one behind the big guy in the pool. In one particular shot there is only one pink balloon, the other balloons are on a string and are blowing in the wind, then after this shot, it goes back to being two pink balloons and a red one behind the big guy.
Continuity: Got to love how the bullets just glance off Damon's corvette in the shoot out scene when Halle is killed - the corvette appears to have a fiberglass body and should have been covered in bullet holes.
Continuity: In the scene where they retrieve the evidence from Halle Berry's apartment, they come outside during broad daylight, but when they get in the car to listen to the tape it's pitch black outside.
Factual error: The football game at the end of the movie supposedly takes place at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. However, the overhead shots after Milo is killed show that the endzone says "SAN DIEGO". The end zone paint is red, white, and blue. This footage was obviously shot in San Diego, most likely during the Holiday Bowl college football game, which is held in San Diego in mid-December.
Other: Joe fires lots of shots from his gun at the car in the swimming pool, he then soon after threatens to shoot his daughter with the pistol pressed up against her head. This wouldn't have been possible without burning her from the heat at the end of the barrel, but there's not a mark on her afterwards.
Continuity: The whole car lands in the swimming pool, with the back end stuck up in the air and the front end down because of the weight of the engine. A couple of shots later with Darian and the pool owner on the phone, the car is now sat up on its front end, which is now propped up on the side of the pool.
Continuity: When Mike's white car gets blown up, it spins in the air and lands the opposite way around, but in a following shot the car has now moved back to facing the same way it did before it blew up.
