Visible crew/equipment: When Harry gets pulled over the officer's sunglasses reflect the camera man.

Continuity: Before Harry and Lloyd begin their conversation about gambling, they seem to be driving by a lake; but from the inside, they're driving by a town.

Continuity: There is a scene just after Lloyd meets Beth in the bar when Mary is skiing along and looks around for Harry who is still stuck on the ski lift. The shot is comprised of a long shot of her skiing to a grey marker and then a close up of her stopping and looking around. It is obvious in the shot when she comes up to the marker that the woman on the skis has much darker hair than Mary and is her "ski double".

Continuity: When Harry delivers the dogs, there is no carpet on the floor in the car. But when the indians are sitting in the car suddenly there is a carpet on the floor.

Continuity: When Lloyd tells Harry to throw some salt over his right shoulder, he puts the salt shaker next to Harry's burger and fries. The next shot shows the salt shaker behind the basket of Harry's food.

Revealing: When the air bag inflates at the airport and Lloyd is wrestling with it for a split second he pulls it back and you can see it is not attached to the steering wheel.

Continuity: When Lloyd is swinging his arms in the van, pretending to be 'running at an incredible rate', they are driving through a countryside with nothing but open plains. In the next shot, when Lloyd says 'we're really doing it though aren't we buddy?', look outside the passenger window. They are suddenly driving past houses in a residential area.

Audio problem: When Jim Carrey says, "Eeny, meeny, miney, MOE.", the word MOE does not match his mouth. His mouth is in a tight smirk and it is near impossible to say MOE without moving your lips.

Continuity: When Lloyd is driving Mary to the airport, at one point he says "What's the matter, nervous about the flight?" When he says this look at the white van in the rear window, it's right up next to the limo. However when the shot cuts to Mary it's already several meters behind them despite the very slow movement the limo has made.

Continuity: The scene where Harry and Lloyd are at the truck stop, there is a man sitting behind Lloyd. In the shots of Harry only, he is leaning towards the window, in the shots of Lloyd only, he is sitting up straight.

Continuity: In the scene where they have left the cafe without paying, and Lloyd has to pee, Harry's hair is blowing in one scene because the window is down and in the next scene the window is up and his hair is not blowing. This goes back and forth for the duration of the scene.

Other: During the tongue scene, when Mary is pulling Harry's tongue off the ski lift, you can see Harry's real tongue right under the fake stretchy one.

Continuity: After Mary removes Harry's tongue from the pole her ski out fit is blue when before that it was black.

Revealing: After Lloyd drops Mary off at the airport, he starts the limousine and puts the car into reverse, but the car moves forward.

Continuity: In the scene where Harry has his tongue stuck to the chairlift, there is frost on the pole when he licks it. Later, when he asks the kids for a cup of warm water, there is none. Then when Mary removes his tongue, the frost is back.

Continuity: In the scene where Harry and Mary go out on the date to the ski resort, when they get into a snowball fight, and Harry is shoving her face in the snow, the first time it shows Mary she is facing one way, but then when they show her again she is facing a different way.

Revealing: When Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels are fighting at the park over the briefcase, the snow is obviously foam or some other material. The same thing also happens right when they get to Aspen and walking from the street on to the curb, the snow moves.

Continuity: In the scene where Jim Carrey races Mary up the stairs at the hotel, he falls down on the stairs. He attempts to grab her by the ankle to stop her. He misses grabbing her ankle (by mistake)but she falls down anyway.

Factual error: Harry's tongue gets stuck to the chairlift, and stays stuck, even though it's not cold enough to see anyone's breath, or for everyone to need their jackets zipped-up.

Continuity: When the policeman is driving next to Harry and Lloyd's van telling them to pull over after their encounter with Sea Bass, the lines on the road are single broken lines. After they pull over, the police man walks over to the van and the road lines are double solid.
