Continuity: When Pam and Deeds kiss outside Pam's apartment, Pam has her right arm around Deeds and her left arm around him too, about halfway down his back. When the shot changes though, Pam is holding Deeds differently. Her right arm is no longer around him, and her left arm is up around his neck.

Audio problem: When Pam and Deeds are climbing out of a limo after Wincestertonfieldville, Deeds says "Nice parking job" to the driver, then the driver replies "Thanks, Deeds." The driver's mouth doesn't move though.

Continuity: After Pam falls through the ice, into the freezing water, she goes from having both arms out of the water to having one arm underwater between shots.

Continuity: When Deeds walks into the big meeting and Chuck says he has no right to speak, Deeds say he has bought one share in Blake Media. Deeds is holding a piece of paper, and between shots, the way he holds the paper changes.

Visible crew/equipment: When Pam chucks the pizza dough at Jan, in the top left hand corner of the screen you can see a crewmember's hand come into view quickly.

Continuity: When Deeds and Chuck play tennis, in a wide shot Chuck raises his racket to his chest, yet in the following closeup his racket is by his side.

Revealing: When Deeds is punching the fake mugger, watch the scene in slow motion and you'll notice that he is missing the guy by about half a foot.

Continuity: When Deeds reads a card to everybody in the pizza shop towards the beginning of the movie, his last line, "...even when your bosoms sag down to the floor" causes one of the higher-aged men to cry. However, watch carefully: Deeds reads it, and everyone - including the man - laughs aloud. The very next shot shows him up close and wiping tears from his eyes, a smile being a far cry from on his face.

Continuity: When Deeds is in the pizza place before he finds out about his inheritance, Murph is standing there with him holding a blue Pepsi cup. It switches to Deeds then when it is back on Murph, he is holding a beer mug and he continues to hold this throughout the scene.

Continuity: When Emilio finds out he is the rightful heir to $40 billion, he is standing at a wooden lectern, and he says to Deeds "And you, Long-Long-Longfellow..." and there is a shot of Emilio from behind, and there is nothing resting on the lectern, yet in the following wideshot, a gavel is laying on the lectern.

Continuity: When Chuck and Anderson first arrive at Mandrake Falls, Murph approaches them asking "Are you Guys lost?" After he asks this, between shots, the way Chuck's scarf is hanginag round his neck keeps changes. In one wideshot most of the purple side of the scarf is showing, yet in the next shot the red side of the scarf is only showing and the purple is all hidden etc.

Continuity: In the restaurant, Deeds pushes the opera singer into a table. Between shots the mess around the table changes. In a closeup, there's plates of food/cake surrounding the table that weren't there in the previous wideshot, and the cloth and broken table changes too.

Continuity: When Deeds and Chuck Cedar are playing tennis, the guy who handed Chuck a tennis ball keeps switching from one side of the net to the other, between different shots.

Other: In the scene where Winona Ryder falls in the ice, she can't swim and she's flailing around and having trouble staying above water. But when Deeds runs down to her, all of a sudden, she's able to stay afloat for a minute or two before completely submerging under water.

Continuity: When Adam Sandler beats the supposed mugger, he and Winona Ryder step over the mugger's body, but then stop to talk. The shot then shifts from the two talking (with no one behind them), to the mugger (who is behind them), back to Sandler and Ryder talking again (with no one behind them).

Continuity: In the scene when Deeds is delivering pizzas while walking down the street with Anderson and Chuck, the last pizza he delivers to "Crazy Eyes" obviously is a large, but apparently changes to a small when Deeds slides it to him through the jail bars.
