Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, Pooh is presented with a huge pot filled to the top with honey, which is overflowing and running down the outside of the pot. Pooh climbs to the top of the pot and jumps in. Suddenly the honey, even with Pooh swimming in it, is several inches from the top.

Answer: Gopher was not a character in the original A.A. Milne stories, and was a Disney creation for the earlier movie. The 2011 film was faithful to Milne's version.
