Audio problem: In the volcano's control room, there is a husky guy in red uniform whose only purpose is to open and close the crater. Every time he opens or closes the crater he says with a deep voice, "opening crater, closing crater." When Bond kills him with the rocket cigarette to open the crater and let the ninjas in, and the guards have subdued Bond, the guard in white uniform who closes the crater says, "closing crater," and you can hear that it's the dead husky guy's voice.
Audio problem: During LSD's performance of "Love Power" at the Springtime for Hitler auditions, it's possible to hear musical instruments that the members of his band do not play, for example a bass guitar, drums, and a flute are heard but not seen.
Audio problem: When they play the "Sounds Of Silence" and get to the verse "And the people bowed and prayed", "and the people" was left off of the closed captioning. In the verse "And the sign flashed out its warning", "and the sign flashed out" is left off. In fact half of the song is left out. (00:40:10)
Audio problem: When Mike and Carlino enter Susy's apartment for the first time, Carlino descends the stairs after Mike and says, "What are you calling for? She's not here," but his mouth does not move. Slightly harder to tell due to the lighting, but when Mike calls out "Lisa?" a few seconds before, his mouth also appears to not move. (00:07:20)
