Trivia: A full-size replica of the Vulcan bomber was placed in Bahamian waters and then blown up after filming to prevent unauthorized reuse. The remains of the set were left in place, and over time the framework became an artificial reef. Today, the wreck is a well-known dive site in the Bahamas, attracting scuba divers as both a film curiosity and marine habitat.
