Continuity mistake: When Hank takes Junior to the motel to see how disgusting drug life can be, it is raining over Junior's shoulder when you look at the passenger window. But when you look at the driver's window from Hank's point of view, it is not raining. (00:21:30)
Continuity mistake: Emilio and Krazy 8 show up to the cook site to visit Walter. Krazy 8 leaves the drivers side door open when he exits the vehicle. Later when Walt is trying to flee the area in the RV, he drives past their car. The door is closed.
Continuity mistake: Just as Skyler asks Walt who Jesse is, her hands go from curled up on her legs to palm flat on her legs. Her t-shirt also has a ridge in it across the belly which disappears in the second shot. (00:33:20)

Continuity mistake: When Jesse has finished strangling Todd, in the shot of Jesse snapping Todd's neck, Todd has his right hand placed over his chest. When the shot cuts, Todd's right hand is at his side. (00:46:42)
Continuity mistake: When the machine gun has finished firing, Kenny's body is shown in the remote controlled armchair with his head turned to the left. When the shot cuts to an overview angle, his head is facing directly forwards. (00:45:15)
Continuity mistake: When Walter pushes Jesse to the floor, Jack has his arms at his side and there is nothing in his mouth. When the camera changes angles, Jack suddenly has a cigarette in his mouth and his right hand is holding onto it. (00:44:08)
Continuity mistake: When Skyler picks up the lottery ticket, in the close-up shot, she has two fingers placed over the top half of the ticket. When the shot cuts, those two fingers are suddenly no longer touching the ticket. (00:32:00)

Continuity mistake: When Lydia is telling Todd about what her buyers are expecting, the cup of tea she is holding has a string and label over the front side of the cup. The string and label stay in the same place when Todd moves over to her, but when the shot cuts back to Lydia, the string and label are suddenly at the other side of the cup, before continuing to jump back and forth between front and back for the next few shots. Continuity mistake: When Todd sits down next to Lydia, she has a bag on the table next to her. When the two begin talking and the camera is on Lydia, the bag is on its side. When it cuts to Todd, the bag is suddenly upright. When it cuts back to Lydia, the bag is on its side, then upright again when the camera cuts to Todd. (00:03:10)

Continuity mistake: When Todd is testing the new batch to see how pure it is, he looks at a chart on a clipboard. In the close-up, he has one hand over the clipboard. When the shot cuts, he has both hands over the clipboard. (00:00:55)

Continuity mistake: When Jack takes off his mask after finishing the batch and Todd says "Mr White said the fumes aren't good to breathe", Lydia is shown looking straight forward at Jack. When the shot cuts, Lydia is looking down at the batch. (00:00:17)
Revealing mistake: When Mike is putting on the second glove to clear up the evidence in the bedroom, Jane's eye can be seen twitching briefly, even though she is supposed to be dead. (00:06:20)
Revealing mistake: Walter is in the basement and slides two bottles of water and a plate with a sandwich across the floor to give to Krazy-8. Right before he slides the plate across the floor, the camera wobbles slightly. (00:28:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When Walter puts the mask over Jesse's unconscious face after drugging Emilio and Krazy-8, in the POV shot of Jesse where the camera is looking up at Walter, the reflection of the camera can be seen in Walter's mask. (00:51:05)
Continuity mistake: When Jesse picks up the apron and asks "What the hell is this", the apron is held so that part of it is placed over the top of Jesse's hand. When the camera changes angles, none of the apron can be seen placed over the top of his hand. (00:33:55)
Continuity mistake: When Jesse reminds Walter that he flunked him, he is holding a bottle of beer that is raised to his stomach. When the shot cuts, the beer bottle is lowered away from his stomach. (00:33:20)
4 Days Out - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: When Walter is in the bathroom and repeatedly punches the towel holder at the end of the episode, you can see from the reflection of the towel holder that his glasses stand straight, but in the next shot they are slightly lowered. (00:46:20)
Chosen answer: I'm not sure how far you are into the show but he does eventually come up with a way to launder it (wont spoil it for you but rest assured, when he gets a lawyer the show gets much better!) and in the final season he also comes up with a way to give his children his money without the cops or the DA knowing it came from him.
