Nick of Time - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: Don Carter is holding a glass of water at the lunch counter. When the shot cuts to him and Pat, his hands are clasped together, empty.
Nick of Time - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: As Don and Pat leave the diner and another couple enters, there are two glasses of tea that have changed position on the table with the Mystic Seer, and two chairs have suddenly materialized at the booth they were using when the other couple arrive to use the Mystic Seer machine.
The Odyssey of Flight 33 - S2-E18
Continuity mistake: The radio operator's hand is gripping a bar behind the airliner captain, then in the next shot it's not.
The Arrival - S3-E2
Other mistake: As part of the story line, three men see different tail numbers on the plane. However, the first and third sets of numbers are printed on a big sticker, because the numbers are a different style than the second set. Also, they used two different planes. The second tail number is N67588, which should be on the bottom of the wing, but that number is N107932.
Continuity mistake: When Martin meets his parents in their house, the door is split and closes in the middle with a screen. In the next shot, it is a full door without a screen.
Suggested correction: As seen from the exterior, the outer door is a very wide screen door with its handle to the left and hinges at the right. Behind the screen door are two solid doors which swing open inward from the center. Notice the wide screen door is the door Martin bangs on when his father closes the solid double doors (with individual doorknobs), and later in the episode when Martin's mother walks outside we see her push open the screen door.
Of Late I Think of Cliffordville - S4-E14
Other mistake: Mr. Feathersmith sells the 1403 acres to Mr. Hecate for $40, so he can pay Devlin to send him back to his own time. $40 in 1910 would be about $1,127 today and it's extremely unlikely that anyone, especially a man like Hecate, would have that much money on them. (00:47:45)
The Eye of the Beholder - S2-E6
Revealing mistake: In the episode, all the people are shown from the neck down to hide their faces (which at the end we see this is on another planet as they are alien looking). But as the first nurse seen in the episode walks to the window and turns around, even in shadow you can see that she is normal looking, that is, no prosthetic or make-up applied for the alien effect.
Continuity mistake: After Decker escapes from being held and heads back to his plane, he does not have his overcoat or scarf, and does not put them on when he starts his plane and climbs on board. When Major Wilson lets him go and he's taxiing away, in one shot he has the overcoat and scarf on, with no time to do so.
Factual error: The Southern Pacific train that almost hits Nan's car did not serve the part of the US she was supposed to be in.
King Nine Will Not Return - S2-E1
Factual error: Military personnel in the desert would not be wearing dark uniforms but a light khaki tan.
I Shot an Arrow into the Air - S1-E15
Other mistake: Corey sees a sign for Reno Nevada that is in the middle of nowhere, that can't be seen from the road in the distance. Who would see it?
Other mistake: Lt. Mueller's German accent drifts in and out.
Other mistake: As Trooper Franklin is shining his light on the side of the car showing the fingerprints, notice the front passenger's door. The key hole and the black painted rim of it is not covered by the fingerprint, or paint as it turns out to be. But regardless, it's not covered. (00:14:15)
Factual error: Caswell acts surprised at the sight of the lighter, but lighters were around in his time.
Suggested correction: The modern lighter, which use ferrocerium to create a spark, was developed in 1903. Caswell was from 1880. This would have been different then anything he would have seen.
Other mistake: Bemis is happy because he has enough time to read all he wants, but all the food would be poisoned by the radiation and and even if it wasn't, meat and fish it would spoil from not being refrigerated.
Revealing mistake: One of the actresses who is supposed to be playing a mannequin doesn't start to smile until the camera is on her.
Other mistake: The Kanamit have to lower their heads to pass through the doorways on their own ship.
Suggested correction: Just as astronauts on the International Space Station and the Shuttle before that had to.
Stopover in a Quiet Town - S5-E30
Revealing mistake: The actors are supposed to be in a play set for the huge child, but when she reaches down and picks them up it is obvious that it was filmed in an outdoor setting in a town much bigger than what is supposed to be the play set.
