Continuity: Rocko is cleaning the fridge and he smells rotten sausage links so he throws them out in the trash can. The next shot of the trash can, the sausage links magically disappear.

The Good, the Bad, and the Wallaby / Trash-O-Madness (season 1, episode 6)
Continuity: In "Trash-O-Madness," Rocko gets beaten up by the Trash dog. When Rocko goes back in his house, facing the screen his tail is fine, but in the next shot there is a huge bite mark in it. Then when he is in the kitchen, in the next shot, the bite mark disappears.
A Sucker For the Suck-O-Matic / Canned (season 1, episode 8)
Continuity: In "Sucker for the Suck-o-matic," the TV opens up Rocko and Heffer's heads to scrub a weird product on their heads to make them buy the Suck-o-matic. The TV leaves their heads open when taking their brains out to dribble. In the next shot the heads are closed while the TV dribbles the brains. Then in the next shot, their heads are back open while the TV puts them back.
I Have No Son! (season 2, episode 1)
Continuity: Ralph's hair color changes from yellow on the tile card to purple in the episode.
Continuity: Near the end when Ralph is at the Bigheads' 30th anniversary, Ralph slams half of the donut on the table near Ed. Then Ed pulls out his half of the donut and Ralph comes over and somehow has the other half without picking it up off the table.
Fish-N-Chumps / Camera Shy (season 3, episode 4)
Continuity: Near the end of "Camera Shy," when Heffer gets the check out of the envelope, it's light blue. But when the shot changes it suddenly becomes black like the "censor bars" sticking on him and Filburt, so they obviously accidentaly used the wrong color.
Fortune Cookie / Dear John (season 3, episode 8)
Continuity: When Filburt first reads his fortune cookie, it says "Bad luck and misfortune will infest your pathetic soul for all eternity". But later on when he is walking down the street it says "Bad luck and extreme misfortune will infest your pathetic soul for all eternity".
